C’mon. It’s not the kids fault.
I wish I had a source, Rush I think.
Someone had said that there were a lot of those students who were pissed that the teachers were not in the classroom.
And while I also blame the propaganda in the classroom, I blame the gub’ment more for the entitlement state we live in.

Agree on that part. Not the kids fault at all....just saying they need to know that their teachers have set them up for failure later on in life......

Their parents ain’t doing them any favors either voting for polidiots and administrators that let such go on.

Agreed.
I was thinking on your point. We are kinda screwed.
The next generation of workers that have gone through the current public education system won’t be able to get a job.
And if they do weasle their way into a job, they won’t be able to keep it.
All of them won’t have a choice but to be on government assistance of some kind.
That does not bode well for all the folks over 30.

It’s nice to see that voters are stepping all over the state to tell their local school boards and assemblymen not to pass any more teachers’ contracts until Walker’s bill is released.

Things are different in the SE corner of the state:
Racine, REA went for a reopening of their contract with RUSD. Kenosha KEA turned down the offer from KUSD to reopen their pact. Apparently KEA was nervous about losing benefits already negotiated and locked in by contract. Reopening a contract can be a two edged sword.

Regards,
GtG
