He's pretty much a B-grade sports announcer who was in the right place at the right time.

I do listen to Wilkow, but he reminds me of Hannity on steroids. Or speed or something.........

I know what you mean... he IS passionate about his subject matter. But I don't believe a comparison to Hannity is fair. Wilkow KNOWS his stuff forwards, backwards, and inside-out.

Hannity has two or three talking points that he repeats like a trained parrot.

What do you thing of Mike Church? He is rib cracking funny sometimes. Even if he is a Paul fanatic.

Don't care much for Church. Maybe it is that he is such a Paul sycophant.

Or perhaps it is that he comes across as having a really nasty personality.

With Beck there is also for some, even though he never (as far as I've noticed) mentions it himself, the Mormon thing. He gets a full pass on it from me since he married into the faith, and even if I think someone's beliefs are misplaced, they have every right to hold them. Plus, no one else on the public airwaves is connecting the dots that need to be connected.

Stopped watching or listening to Hannity years ago for most of the reasons stated by others ... repetitive arguments that ignore and neglect others that would be far more effective and enlightening. Too damned polite and doesn't seem to realize that many if not most of the leftwing "elites" are more evil than they are simply wrong.

Im with you. Sean talks about himself to much for me. I love Rush and Levin.

And rush never ever utters a word about himself does he.

Sean reminds me of that small yapping dog at a party. He wants everyone to pet him and show him some lovin'...trouble is; he gets excited and pees on your shoes.

You almost made me spit food all over my laptop! LOL!

It seems every time I tune into Hannity he has on two guests who are screaming over each other. I’ll take Beck any day over Hannity -

I'm thinking of starting a vanity post myself titled "I can't stand to read vanity posts of people who cant stand to listen to ..(whomever)..and are too stupid to either change the channel or turn it off".

Richard,

Clever reply.

Sorry if my post offended your sensibilities.

By the way, mind if I call you Dick?

Sean said he has the first interview with Jerome Corsi when his book comes out in May about Obama’s records.

Hannity will be important going into 2012. In 2008 he was one of the few covering Obama’s radical connections.

Yes, but unfortunately only when I am running a load that got a late start. The closest stations to me are WBAP in Dallas/FW and KXEL in Waterloo, IA (one of the worst 50K Watt stations in all the nation btw.) So, I have to hope that the atmospherics are right to be able to pull them in.

It is a wonderful show for those of us truckers that can’t get enough talk radio during the day.

If you’re looking for more in-depth discussion of issues (and I agree with you that good ol’ Sean is about as deep as your average mud puddle) then try the John Batchelor Show. John Batchelor is like NPR would be if NPR actually had any notion of trying to present both sides of political issues. He is a recent find for me and I just love to listen to him. I feel like my brain expands every time.

I can’t stand the yammering. The phrase “pressured speech” is all I can think of when I hear Sean.

When somebody says “y’know” fifteen times a minute, it’s because he thinks he MUST keep the words coming out, no matter what. Pressure, pressure, pressure.

There’s nothing natural or conversational about Sean. It’s just constant babble.

What it is is—he doesn’t think of his listeners as real people he’s conversing with. He sees the microphone as a ravening maw that needs to be stuffed with words, words, words.
