California Republicans, reduced to cheering and jeering from the sidelines because of their all-but-impotent political clout these days, still are “negotiating” over budget matters and other matters fiscal with Gov. Jerry Brown. He’s complained for a while that the Republicans hadn’t said what it is they want out of this ongoing drama.
Now he knows. And now he’s complaining about that. . .
