The new catch phrase of the day seems to be extreme. Extreme cuts; extreme views; extremism; Tea Party extremists and the like all neatly packed into a box with John Boehner.
The lefts mantra, as of late, seems to be: In the face of the truth propagandize. The seek to paint the actions and beliefs of the Conservatives in this country as somehow extreme and out of the main stream; that could not be farther from the truth.
While polls consistently show that conservatives constitute more than forty percent of the voting public in this country, and liberals a distinct minority, they continue to press the argument that somehow they speak for the masses.
So in the face of an obvious disadvantage they seek to obfuscate rather than debate; propagandize rather than govern in the interests of these United States.
Senator Chuck Schumer gave the unwashed a view into the mind of the elite when he revealed the marching orders given him by the Democratic Caucus:
I always use the word extreme, Sen. Schumer said. That is what the caucus instructed me to use this week.
Debating an issue on the facts seems to be a foreign concept to the left and its acolytes.
So what is extreme? Is it extreme to argue for fiscal discipline in the face of an impending financial melt down?
Is it extreme to argue for reform in the face of runaway entitlements?

Senator Chuck Schumer is an extreme example of an A**hole.
Extreme is making a bacon cheeseburger with glazed donuts as buns. Apparently extreme is delicious.

It’s a rock band from Malden MA, with a number one hit. And we know who the better drummer was, don’t we Paul? Ya’ bastud!
Okay, Mangini’s better than both of us.
IMHO. A TRILLION is extreme. Thirteen of them is extremely extreme.
Last time I checked, “extreme” was disagreeing with a Democrat.
“Extreme” is imagining the money you earn actually belongs to you.
“Extreme” is believing that food, shelter, education, health care and anything else that another individual has to pay to provide are NOT rights.
