A proper ruling would have included contempt for the obstructionist delay, including at least two weeks jail for the district execs.
That’s just it isn’t it? These admins don’t care, its not their money, they will continue to obstruct whenever possible.
Our school district regularly sues itself. Yes, itself. Why? Well, they want to find out if what they are doing is legal, so they sue themselves, and oh, by the way, employ a few choice law firms in the process, on both sides of the lawsuit.
The cases go on and on, and we the taxpayers pay for them.
There is no accountability.
