The diversion from the Constitutional Natural Born Citizen requirement to merely born here is working.
He'd have to find a way around this:
b) a certified birth certificate that includes:
i. the date and place of birth,
ii. the names of the hospital and the attending physician, and
iii. signatures of any witnesses in attendance if applicable."

That was my first thought, too. I remember trying to contact her (while she was still the Secretary of State)and/or her office before the election to see what the requirements were. Never did get an answer. I do LOVE her as a Governor so she'd better sign it!!

There is going to be a Constitutional challenge to this, based on Art. IV.
“Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.”
Hawaii was admitted as a state—a mistake in my opinion—but we are stuck with it. Hawaii will assert that this is the way they keep their Vital Statistic records under their laws, and the COLB is our way-—it is thus official when it comes with the State Seal. No other state can, under the Constitution, reject this under Art 4.
There have been some court cases that weaken this position, but it will surely be argued that drivers licenses issued in Hawaii are recognized as valid in other states and by TSA. Death certificates are recognized by SS and commercial companies. It seems unlikely that birth certificates will be cast into an exceptional category.
SCOTUS’s conservatives will surely rule in favor of Hawaii’s state’s rights to be treated equally as to their birth certificate forms.

Barry, by his choice, will run for office. If he chooses to be placed on the ballot in AZ, he will have to conform to their state law. He is free to choose not to be placed on their ballot.
What obama attorneys are going to say is that the new “certified” short form is backed up with a document on file in Hawaii with all the necessary information. Of course obama will not release that document(long form) for privacy reasons.
I do not believe that obama was born in Hawaii and does not have a legal long form.

The U.S. Congress tried to do just that back in 1790, and reversed themselves in 1795.
Arizona, aka The RAT Pimp McLame, did nothing but insure Hussein’s right to hold office.
