Donald Trump is “really proud” and “really honored” to have been the game changer in getting President Obama to finally release his long-form birth certificate on Wednesday morning.
Trump said he was “really honored to have really played to have played a really big role in hopefully, hopefully, getting rid of this issue.”
Touching down in New Hampshire for a few private meetings, Trump held a press conference at local airport to discuss the just-released documents. While he still needs to “look at it,"
Trump said he hopes the release of the certificate will put to rest not just any debate about the President’s legitimacy but also the inquisition by journalists who have grilled Trump about his public remarks regarding the certificate.

Trump has already released his own birth certificate and told George Stephanopoulos he that would release his much-discussed financial records (Trump has reportedly experienced a couple bankruptcies and a fluctuating wealth) after Obama released his birth certificate.

But later in the Corsi Drudge banner/link to Amazon, it stated that ‘when Trump said he had investigators in Hawaii, this is what they found.’ Certainly implied, outright stated, that Trump’s ‘investigators’ were those working for Corsi.
They had to get ahead of this issue a bit. The book is #1 on Amazon and Latkin will be coming home. They wanted it to be a dead issue by then. MSM, always ready to help Obama, will do the best they can to mollify the masses.

Actually Obama and his handlers have been the chess masters. They purposely strung this BC release out to build up a conservative clamor and get public attention. Releasing the BC now makes his opposition look like kooks, gives him credibility, and in an oblique manner, somewhat legitimizes his policies. This is exactly what we don't need. Any further probing of his past will now appear to be a wild witch hunt. Sadly, Obama won this one.
A review of his record and transparency will be a good thing. Can't wait to see the college records next.

Obama handed Trump a win. Why? I suspect that they would love him to be the Repub candidate. The man has not been vetted or examined that closely. Think of the potential scandals yet uncovered. Girlfriends, cheating in marriage, sleazy business deals, tax issues. Who knows? Maybe they did a little digging a found a goldmine of scandals to run against.
Why, it’s the same document Obama has been trying to pass off the last few days.

I agree. First, The Donald was needling Zero constantly about hiding his past and it was having an effect. Next up was the release of Corsi’s book. The release of the COLB was an effort to take some of the air out of what was turning into real pressure on Zero to address what he was trying to hide.
But unless Obummer releases everything, he will continue to be nagged about his missing past. A big impression has been made on millions of Americans now that the guy is a fraud. Axelhead has his work cut out for him.

re TRUMP: I have had a niggling suspicion from the get go, considering his deep ties, contributions predominantly to dems and an avid support of madame Hitlery, that he is a shill - the plan being to make a big kerfuffle over the birth cert issue now and getting it out of the way, only to ‘settle the issue’ by The Won releasing such a document as he has now done - which is, again, ONLY a COLB - NOT a long form BC! (and no border and no seal - and the father’s RACE still listed as “African” - which is NOT a RACE. People of all races are born in Africa. Race would be listed as, in 1961, probably not ‘black’ but ‘negro’ - but definitely NOT “African.” (Anyone who deals with such records can see the discrepancies, but the general, brain-dead public will not.)

Trump preens that he’s forced The Won to release proof of citizenship, the press will run with it, the general public will swallow it whole, and anyone who still pursues this issue will be scoffed at, not knowing the difference has ALWAYS been about the long form BC versus a COLB, which anyone can have issued in any country, regardless of where born. BTW, the first so-called COLB that they released a couple years ago showed his grandmother’s signature as the person registering the COLB. This one shows his mother’s name as the one registering it. Anyone care about the difference? No, I didn’t think so.
In addition, ignored all along is the fact that - if his father is indeed BHO, sr, then his father was a British citizen - making his son ineligible. (requires both parents to be citizens.) That is also being totally ignored.
But The ruse will now be laid to rest, well before the election. None will now question why he has spent millions to keep his records buried. Anyone who continues to call for his travel/college/selective service/social security numbers/passports/travel names/reason his law degree was rescinded - will be laughed out of existence.
Will The Donald now be getting lucrative gov’t favors and contracts down the line, like Perot, for performing this thinly disguised dog and pony show for them?
For me, my early suspicions about The Donald were confirmed when he said that if he didn’t win the republican primary, he’d run as an independent. No real conservative would do that, ala Perot, splitting the vote insuring a win for The Won. (It was the strategy that put bubba back in office with only 47% of the vote. They know The Won is likely to lose in 2012 - UNLESS they can split the vote. The naivete of the public is their biggest asset and our biggest enemy. They know how to exploit it.
I submit that The Donald is not but a shill. He played his part well. We have just taken a big hit. We still don’t - and won’t - have the birth certificate - but 80% of the public will believe we do. 80% of the public will still believe whatever the press tells them. They have no education in the history of the world and the age old machinations of the players in politics - no inkling of the convoluted, lying schemes carried out by very real, evil people who say one thing but are doing the opposite behind closed doors.
Hopefully, a few states will follow through with passing a law requiring proof of eligibility with a long form BC.

All Trump is going to see is the same thing we all saw over a year ago. A COLB and a photo copy of a Birth Certificate without the State Seal on it. When was the COLB produced and given to Obama?
If Trump could get Obama to cave and release his birth certificate, why couldn’t the republicans get the dems to cave in to bigger budget cuts?
Perhaps he found it in his grandmother’s attic.
