The original certificate should be released directly from the State of Hawaii, to the SCOTUS for review. That would settle things (or things are far, far worse than they appear).

Yes, the White House Website has a PDF document, not a Picture. They should have added all the layers into one "Picture" in the last step so the document layers could not be viewed.
You can pull the PDF file off the White House Website and see the layers with a PDF editor.

1. Demonstrate that the certificate the White House released is NOT what was received from Hawaii.
or,
2. Demonstrate that the certificates the State of Hawaii supplied are themselves forged.
or,
3. Demonstrate that the letter posted from Loretta J Fuddy is a forgery.
Unless you can do one (or more) of the three, and do so in an iron-clad manner, you really don’t have anything (as far as I can tell) that demonstrates the new certificate is a forgery.
The presence of layers in the PDF could well turn out to be relevant to one of the three items above, but unless you can convincingly demonstrate the layers aren’t “innocently” there, that fact alone does not seem sufficient to label the release a forgery.
The fact it can be deconstructed with photoshop should tell you something...
If this is the real deal, where is the longform format with the footprint? Why is the race of the child listed as African? That, in 1961 would be black or negro. Lastly, in 0bama’s book, he said that his name was Barry and to ft with radicals it was changed to Barack.

Interesting thing is....the “pdf creator” can select the option of “flattening” the image before saving it as a pdf. Example...you create a background, add an image, add some text (you now have 3 layers according to adobe).

My belief is that Hawaii may have destroyed the birth certificates when they went over to their computer system.
Abercrombie probably found this out when he went to get an original and had to back off his statement that he would prove it for Obama.
So let me get this straigt? You’re analyzing an electronic copy of a physical sheet of paper to determine whether or not the physical sheet of paper is a forgery? And that’s logical how?
Obama asked for an obtained TWO certified copies of his long-form BC from the HDoH. One of them was passed around the WH Briefing Room for the reporters to touch, feel, photograph, and photocopy.
All of this nonsense is an embarrassment.

The first thing I noticed was a faint white region around all the enteries on the special paper. Also, there is no embossed state seal on the bottom.

there is no possible reason for a flat sheet of paper, photocopied or scanned into pdf, should have removable layers- no reason at all.
The LAYERS are part of the PDF file format when created in Photoshop.
The fact you can open the PDF and see layers at all is stunning- you can compress them down to one layer when you are done, which would then have looked like a scanned image EXCEPT if you examined it pixel by pixel, and found editting artifacts.

Yes, I understand that Buckhead also analyzed an electronic copy rather than a sheet of paper. The difference is that Buckhead didn’t manipulate the electronic copy in photo-editing software and then base his determination on those results.
