Looks like the kid you invite to a party because you know he doesn't have any friends but then leave to skulk around by himself because there's a reason he doesn't have any friends.
And what signal does that photo send to foreign leaders? That Dumb0 really isn't in charge (which frankly, isn't the worst signal to send out)?

You can bet Obama cleared its release. He looks fine. Hillary looks like a low-level type scared to death at what is transpiring.

Yes, and my point is why wouldn’t Dumb0 release a photo where he’s multitasking looking at a laptop and the main screen while talking on a phone with a look of determination and maybe some emphatic gesturing to show that he’s actually running things?
This is supposed to be the guy who’s soooo smart that he plays four-dimensional chess and yet he doesn’t even have a briefing book in front of him much less a laptop. Heck, he doesn’t even have a swivel chair. Are you telling me that he couldn’t have asked Hill or Plugs to give up their swivel chairs for the CinC?
I repeat: Dumb0 would NEVER have authorized the release of this photo. So who DID authorize it?
