Most of those places aren’t home to ‘Holder’s people’, so no coverage.

I knew some girls from Metropolis when I was in high school. They were on our track team, the Peoria Pacettes. Hope they are safe.

The environazis have blocked flood control projects for decades— this is the result.

And West Texas hasn’t seen rain since September.

This is just horrible. We need rain so bad.

I know! I live about 10 miles from the Ohio, we are flooded all around us. Ladies I work with have to boat out of their houses to drive to work. We had 10 inches from April 21-28, then 2 dry days and then another 5 inches since then.... we won’t be able to buy a drop of rain in July. The farmers are already hanging it up for the year.

voluntary evacuation order

A voluntary order. Talk about a classic oxymoron. :-)

Why don't they just say 'strongly worded suggestion' and leave it at that...

Even up here in north central Ohio, the fields are lakes (including our back yard). I've been thinking about how devastating this will be for our farmers.....for the farmers in the entire region.

And with this dreadful obamaconomy, it's going to cause further hardships for families.

What a mess!

My brother in law works for Co-op, he said that a lot of his customers are already taking their crop insurance and not planting this year. Great for food prices.

So instead of just really expensive food, we may not have food at all.......
