According to the Expert testimony May 10, 2011 in the Taitz case, the fraud took place in Hawaii from a couple of different COLBs. They may not have a hard copy to release. The AP version was scanned and flattened version of what was given by the WH. The WH released "digital" version was the one entered into evidence.

And why aren't there multiple layers and different sized pixels in the document you posted. After all it was compiled on the same day and in the same manner with the same scanner as Bamie BC II, one should assume.
