The article loses it's legitimacy in the first sentence when Nazis are mentioned. If you don't know it, google Godwin's law.

Additionally, it is also historically inaccurate. The Gestapo would not be out in the open. Duh. Why waste the time to post garbage like this?

Hey, Pal. My grandmother figured out what was going on in Germany and came here in 1936 to scout out opportunities to move here from Berlin. Meanwhile she sent my father out of Germany for school, first to Italy for a year and then for a year and a half in England. She did international business and told some of her trusted clients not to pay her; that the time would come when she would come to collect. She left Berlin with my grandfather on the day of Kristalnacht (coincidentally), stopped in places like Amsterdam to collect what she was owed, and then came to the United States where she reestablished her business. My father followed a couple of months later from England when his semester ended.

My grandmother's blood courses through my veins.

The references to what happened in Germany are quite appropriate, IMHO.
