Besides, Obama needs another four years so Michelle can gallivant around the globe in designer fashions, stay at luxe hotels, and eat lobster (sniffle).

While Gov. Christi gets in trouble for 2 helicopter rides, (which didn't burden the taxpayers, because the pilots have to log a minimum number of hours flying).

It’s still wrong. It’s better than The pyramid. But still, half the plate is filled with sugar: fruit and grains. Sugar makes us fat. And if the dairy in it’s little circle is low or non fat, that is More Sugar!

Half the plate should consist of about 25% meat or fish, 20% healthy fats (from healthy animals, coconut oil, olive oil), 5% seeds and nuts; the other half plate should be 20% veggies, and 10% fruit. The optional dairy circle should be organic full fat dairy only, optional for people who can digest it.

There is no need in the body for grains at all. Grain products should not be eaten, and sugary treats like ice cream or chocolate should be eaten in small quantities for special occasions only.

Google the paleo diet. It’s not a “diet,” it’s just the healthiest way to eat. Robb wolf has a great book on this too.

MO: When it comes to eating, what’s more useful than a plate?

Me: Perhaps a fork?
