The Post & Email was contacted earlier today by Attorney Orly Taitz, who stated the following regarding her lawsuit, Taitz v. Astrue:
The judge did not dismiss my case against the Social Security Administration as the U.S. attorneys wanted, and he therefore ordered that the case will go on.
Also, the Department of Justice had asked to seal all of my pleadings because they contained the social security number which Obama has been using, but Judge Royce Lamberth ordered that I simply refile it, redacting the number, because it has already been out there. They wanted my complaints and my first amended complaint sealed, but Judge Lamberth said it could be refiled.

Checked posts thru #22, and can’t find the actual Judge Lamberth order. I find Dr. Taitz’s interpretations of rulings, orders, etc. are not always accurate. Trust, but verify!
I.e., the government does NOT have to answer a complaint in 30 days. As a lawyer, she should know that the govt attorneys are always given more time than private attorneys. And, the time the govt has to answer complaints is clearly written on the Summons she would have had to have served on the govt. Here is the language on the Summons issued by the US District Court for the District of Columbia:
“Within 21 days after service of this summons on you (not counting the day you received it) — or 60 days if you
are the United States or a United States agency, or an officer or employee of the United States described in Fed. R. Civ. P. 12 (a)(2) or (3) — you must serve on the plaintiff an answer to the attached complaint .... “

Nor do I see that Judge Lamberth’s ordering her to refile the complaint instead of dismissing that case outright translates into there now being discovery. Has Judge Lamberth put out a scheduling order?

Neil Sankey, a PI working for Orly Taitz, discovered that Obama had two SSNs while at Occidental, both starting with the prefix 999-XX-XXXX.
They really aren’t SSNs. These are numbers (I believe called tax ID numbers) used to track money given to students, expressly foreign nationals, who are granted financial aid for education.
I believe he did file for aid as a foreign student because he was and still is a foreign national.
So...as we discussed on another post, it looks like you have a clue.

I don't believe this exists. I don't think we as a country, or even colleges, have funds for foreign citizens. However, other countries often pay stipends for their citizens to study in the USA and return.
That is FASCINATING that he used SS #s that are reserved for foreign students at Oxy. I do believe he APPLIED as a foreign student, in order to get in. He also seemed to be in a dorm for mostly foreign students. If we could get proof he applied as a foreign student, he is DONE.

Well, some nations had students in the U.S. who did receive aid, because I met them when I was in college during the early 1970s. But an enormous number of foreign students who came to study worked part time, and the only ones who seemed to have lots of money were those from Saudi Arabia.
He's had a while now to open an investigation.
He won't do it. Why? Because such an investigation (in part) would lead to the question...why didn't HE object to the counting of the E.C. votes when he (& the rest of the 111th Congress) knew darn well there were significant questions being raised across the country. Guaranteed he received calls, emails and letters from his constituents regarding Barry's eligibility.
He did nothing then, he'll continue to do nothing now because he's part of the problem when it comes to this issue. He, nor any other politician from the 111th Congress, will (essentially) investigate himself.

Opposition research cuts both ways! Issa has skeletons in his closet. Big ones, apparently. Democrat operatives launched a media campaign to open up Issa’s questionable business dealings back in January, but pulled back when Issa backed off of any discovery of Obama’s BC or anything too close to Obama.
She spent the first 20 years of her life in the Soviet Union. She knows where things lead when certain classes are exempted from the law.
