Sarah Palin - America’s Deborah
The Ignorant Fishermen ^ | 6/21/11 | DJP I.F.

Posted on 06/21/2011 11:55:10 AM PDT by The Ignorant Fisherman

In the days of the judges of Israel, Israel had turned their backs repeatedly on the Law of Moses and the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses (Deut. 31:29, Judges 2:6-11). When they followed these absolutes of time and ETERNITY (which was almost NEVER) they were blessed and prospered by the hand of the Lord (Judges 4-5).

"The consequences of this lawless departure led to the break down of society and to the chastening hand of the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses"

During one particular time when Ehud - a godly man, deliverer and judge of the Lord - died, the righteous influence and moral restraint rapidly dissipated and lawlessness began to sweep throughout the land (Judges 4:1). The consequences of this lawless departure led to the break down of society and to the chastening hand of the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses (Deut. 28-32, Lev. 26, Judges 4:1-2, Gal. 6:7). As they reaped their consequences and the tyranny that followed they began to wake up and cry out unto the Lord for deliverance from their self inflicting doings (Judges 4:3).

Since -at this time - there were NO men who were strong godly leaders to judge the people of Israel, God rose up a courageous and godly women named Deborah to fill the gap (Judges 4:4,8-9, 5:7). As the judge and “mother” of Israel, Deborah rallied the nation and the men who were of understanding to defeat their oppressive enemy of twenty years by the hand of the God of Israel and restored justice and soundness to the nation from their oppressors (Judges 5:2). This woman with her love for the sound absolutes of Almighty God - which were found in the 10 commandments and in the Law of Moses - helped deliver the nation of Israel and for a time set them back on the road to recovery and soundness for forty years (Judges 5:31).

America’s Deborah

Much like the days of Deborah, we here in America seem to have the same settings and lawless crisis sweeping throughout our land at an exponential rate. There truly has not been a great American conservative (socially and fiscally) leader in this land since Ronald Reagan, some 25 years ago).

"What America so desperately needs more than ever is one who has the same God fearing, moral compass and vision that our founding fathers had at the birth of this nation"

What America so desperately needs more then ever is one who has the same God fearing, moral compass and vision that our founding fathers had at the birth of this nation. How many individuals in this nation today who hold political office out right REJECT our founding father's Judeo/Christian values, vision and understanding of what has made America great these last 235 years? There are not many men with courage, who are fearless, who posses sound moral conviction, boldness, passion, understanding of our day and the leadership to bring us back to the place of blessing and to the sound health of American values, which were based NOT on lawlessness, but on the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God!

There is only one that I know of who possess all of these qualities and who is from the heartland of these great United States. This one is not from the "Ivy League" palaces of academia. This one rejects secularism, lawlessness, socialism, progressivism and elitism. Absolutes are NOT relevant. Morality CANNOT be explained away for licentiousness. Lawlessness can NEVER bring harmony only anarchy. America has indeed apostatized from the original intent of the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution. Constitutional apostates have ruled the land these last 70 years and with them they bring social tyranny, injustice, violence, death, lawlessness, oppression, licentiousness, fiscal tyranny, anarchy and ruin (Isa. 1:9). It has finally taken the near social and fiscal collapses of this nation to stir up Americans and to see our desperate need to fight and to take back their country from those who fundamentally oppose all that our founders intended.

"It has finally taken the near social and fiscal collapses of this nation to stir up Americans and to see our desperate need to fight and to take back their country from those who fundamentally oppose all that our founders intended"

Out of the midst of our nation has risen many - but one in particular - whose love for God and country has placed her on the center stage of the 2012 Presidential election. One who the masses of common folk greatly respect and admire. One who has become a “mother” in these United States of America in an hour of crisis. One who has the vision and passion that our founders once possessed. And finally, one who has a fear of Almighty God to govern her and to do the right thing in these last days of America. Whether Sarah will run in 2012 or not nobody knows, but just her presence these last few years has fired up the true American spirit and has rallied the masses to stand and take their country back.

"One to whom the masses of common folk greatly respect and admire. One who has become a “mother” in these United States of America"

It is in times like these that the remnant – to whom possess the true spirit of America and its founding - of masses cry out to the God of George Washington, John Adams, Benjamin Rush – who all possessed a saving relationship to Almighty God – that Almighty God in His kindness may show this nation a little of His grace and mercy before the "Day of the Lord" arrives! We whose nation’s motto is, “In God Do We Trust”!

Sarah Palin is that leader in whom God has seemed to have risen up to stand for the vision that our founders once possessed. She (Sarah) possesses all of the founding father's American qualities and is the right leader for the right time.

"She (Sarah) possesses all of the founding father's American qualities and is the right leader for the right time"

The sunset is going down fast on America and "the Day of the Lord" will soon be at hand. May it be that Almighty God will grant this nation a little more space so that His Word may continue to go out and that the masses of American people would repent and fully turn to Him (Rom. 2:4).

The trumpet may blow at any time, but while we are here waiting the Lord’s soon return, may we all do our part to help slow the flood of lawlessness and lawlessness that has saturated or society and nation. May it be our sincere desire to pray for America and it awakening to the realities at hand. For in the end, whatever becomes of her, our hope is NOT in America and our Constitution, but our HOPE is in Almighty God and in His Son Jesus Christ (Col. 1:27, 1 Tim. 1:1 )! Always remember my dear friends in the light of these temporal settings the BIG picture, that the Kingdom of Heaven is TRULY at hand!

How can I possibly “degrade” (the word you’re looking for is denigrate) you by mentioning that I have an issue with the current crop of men CURRENTLY RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT? I don’t even know you. I wouldn’t put my husband or sons in this category. Either you’re incredibly obtuse or have issues about your masculinity that makes you hypersensitive. For crying out loud! The people one usually expects to see this offended by innocuous comments directed a a narrow group of particular human beings (not an entire sex) is radical feminists. Criticizing the behavior/actions of a group of a few men (or women or children or teenagers) is not a reflection on men in general. If that’s what I meant that’s what I would’ve said. Get a grip!

RUN SARAH, RUN!

"Politics isn't just a game of clashing parties and competing interests. The right reason is to challenge the status quo, to serve the common good, and to leave this nation better than we found it. People know something has gone terribly wrong with our government and it has gotten so far off track. But people also know that there is nothing wrong in America that a good old-fashioned election can't fix. We don't need to fundamentally transform America. We need to restore America." Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin is shaking the Democratic leftist-liberal house to its very foundation.

She, her family, their faith, their values, and their story (particularly of choosing life for their young son and then so obviously being blessed with love for that son and he for them) represent the absolute refutation of all the tired old liberal mantras and victimology and a culture of death that they malignantly use to mentally, psychologically, and financially enslave whole classes of people.

From women's rights, to family values, to gun rights, to abortion, to energy policy, to taxation, to envrionmentalism, to fundamental governing principal, to U.S. soveriegnty and independence, and on and on...Sarah Palin is a wrecking ball to the leftist, liberal, socialist house of cards.

...and the leftists, DNC, liberals, MSM, and RINOs all know it, and that's why they rant and rave on and on about her and will do anything to keep her out of this race.

I wonder if it has something to do with limiting the ways the left can use her name when they campaign against her. If so, it is another brilliant move on her part.

“No, it couldn’t be all about money now, could it?”

No/yes.....

It’s about preventing people from trying to cash in by using her name to turn a buck.

I doubt that Deborah would have used donated PAC dollars to pay for a family excursion up the northeastern part of the country.

That naive description of yours, only reveals your political ignorance, why people say stupid things when they want to appear smart is baffling to me.

Many of the men on the “right” currently seeking or in politics have LITTLE in common with the men who fought WWII. Not one of the current crop today is willing to put up with the abuse WHILE STILL CHARGING ahead as Palin does. All stand in the shadows and make the occasional comment but she puts herself out there. Jan Brewer and Michele Bachmann do the same. Perhaps if today’s Republican (supposed) conservative male in the limelight would show the same fortitude as those men who fought in WWII these women might not need to.

And none of those women are making these comments. Those of us watching this play out are. Even my son who’s surrounded by brave men every single day of his life says the same thing. I’m not real thrilled that this is the way the world is right now either. Where are the men? Romney? Huntsman? Pawlenty? Newt? Sorry, that dog don’t hunt. Thank God the women do.

Cindie

Tell it, sister.

John McCain was as brave as any man whoever fought in a war. Yet in politics, he is a complete flop who often caves in to the opposition without raising a finger and is also a sock-puppet of the lamestream media.

In fact, the only “brave” thing he has done is give us Sarah Palin, a woman with more political courage in her manicured pinkie than most of the men in Washington have in their entire rubber bodies.

Has Fox News released her from her contract? They’ve released Gingrich and Santorum (both vanity candidates who will never win) but they haven’t released Palin. Why?
