Whether Sarah will run in 2012 or not nobody knows, but just her presence these last few years has fired up the true American spirit and has rallied the masses to stand and take their country back!
When leaders lead in Israel,
When the people willingly offer themselves,
Bless the LORD!”
Fantastic post! Thank you!
I can’t wait for Sarah to announce! I also can’t wait to see that empty suit Romney fold up and wilt when Sarah announces her candidacy.
1. If she announces, she becomes the instant frontrunner
2. She terrifies the power elite of both parties (and plenty of the know-it-alls here on FR)
3. She is my candidate for as long as she stays in the race.
RUN Sarah RUN!!
To me, by far the best part of the Deborah saga is that SHE was ready; Barak was not.
Is she going to drive a tent peg into ObaMao’s head?
The analogy with Deborah is appropriate.
But both in that long-ago day and today, female leadership was made necessary because the men hid in the shadows. Men can be great cowards until they run out of options.
Oh. My. Gosh. The shark has now been jumped.
Waiting for her followers to soon be make her Moses, and to meticulously work toward making Sarah, the Second Coming. WOW. And she isn’t even running. Oh. My. Gosh.
Why not? Nothing else seems to be working.
Well she was George Washington just a few weeks ago.
That was Yael. Another unafraid female though...which is what I USED to think michele bachmann might be...until she hired rollins.
It seemed like a great duo, michele in the House and Sarah in the White House. Things change.
I agree! Sarah Palin fits the bill! :-)
Right, without that “female leadership” during World War 2, those Marines never would have held the line at Guadal Canal, or the 101st would have never had the nerve to parachute behind German lines in the dark of night on D-Day.
Yup, who needs those incompetent, stupid, cowardly men, since all they are known for is “hiding in the shadows.” (While tracer rounds are buzzing over their heads on the firing line.)
And who needs them to vote, now that we have those brave women like Plain now in charge. That's a sure fire way to win elections isn't it? Humiliate and offend entire generations of “cowardly men”.
This is exactly why I named my daughter Deborah a couple years ago!
HAHA! I knew it was a good one!
I’m marking this for my wife to read.
Come on man, enough with trying to biblify the woman. She is a human being with conservative beliefs, not some entity on a mission from God.
As Reagan said, the answers to the questions on how we get out of this situation are easy. It’s who’s willing to actually make those decisions. Reagan was one but he was crippled by a democratic congress. She’s the only person I know that will make those choices irregardless of how unpopular they will be.
Take. a. pill.
YOU NAILED IT!
What, is this the first time you've heard the comparison? It goes back to 2008. And it has its merits.
I don’t agree that a pro-choice for states McCain supporter is going to save our country.
This is so far over the top that it isn’t even funny.
These FR Cult rallies sure are fun aren’t they?
WTF? I’d love to see some evidence that the British are the original Israelites. By “British”, do you mean the neolithics (Stonehenge), Celts (King Arthur, dirt worshiping Droids), Saxons (dirt worshiping Germanic tribes), or Danes (dirt worshipping Vikings) or Normans? How did that group go from being the first monotheists to pagans? Sorry, but I have never heard this theory. At least answer the question about which British migrant group you think was the original Israelis. Those Islands have been invaded abd cleansed probably more times in history than Israel itself.
Oh no. Don’t start the butt licking.
What you seem to fail to realize is that, scripturally, this comparison is actually an indictment of the Republican Party.
“Why not? Nothing else seems to be working.”
Right. It’s not that she’s running near the top of the polls without even announcing, making mad amounts of money, or getting more publicity than any of the announced candidates!
Oh wait, she is...
(It’s going to be so much fun watching all of the PDS sufferer’s head’s explode...figuratively speaking of course!)
What’s ironic is that in 2008 I saw many Christians doing this exact thing with Mike Huckabee. Except he was David or something.
Why do you say he fails ro realize such?
He is saying the country is in big trouble.
The Republican party is part of the country.
Sarah Palin wrote a book called “Going Rogue”.
Talk about over reacting. You are.
In 2008 I ran the Huckabee Ping List and I don’t recall anyone calling him “David or something”.
I don’t remember that, my memory is that there was a little Alan Keyes cult hanging around during that election.
Can you find a single instance of me comparing Alan Keyes to a biblical hero?
Get back to me.
Palin is a favorite here at freerepublic.
Really? I was at the Sept. 2007 Values Voter debate in Ft. Lauderdale, an event that was heavily rigged for Huckabee, and I heard it over and over again from his supporters. Maybe they backed off subsequently when folks told them how incredibly over the top such comparisons are.
I merely pointed out that the con man, Alan Keyes had a little cult following in 2008, at least we know that he will never run for president again.
Okay. I stand corrected. Maybe he does realize it. But that doesn’t make the comparison of Palin to Deborah any more palatable.
And the first thing Deborah did was trademark her name.
Dr. Keyes has done the life work of deeply thinking the founding principles of our country through in a way that no one else I know of has. Thats why he can do with words what no one else can. He has so internalized these principles that they just flow as naturally from him as water springs from an artesian well. Its a truly amazing thing.
I guess you missed it...she was Moses two or three days ago.
Oh come on! This is one person’s opinion and comparisons to historical figures (even biblical ones) are made constantly. Don’t be so hypersensitive. Maybe if you didn’t seek these threads out looking for something to bitch about with your holier-than-thou attitude, you might recognize that such comparisons are prolific in literature, essays, and opinion pieces. Get over yourself.
I think that 2007 was the year that the desperate Alan Keyes fought for the Presidential nomination.
The problem was, being a desperate con man, he fought within three completely different parties for their nomination, now that takes chutzpah!
It's simply the truth, about a biblical principle.
Take a listen to that and tell me it isn't so.
