Can not the House of Representatives petition the courts to order the law of the land be enforced?

The courts can order forced busing, enforce other elements of the civil rights act, and any number of other rulings where the legislative branch must obey the court.

Why not this?

Because NONE of our elected pols have the guts or the will to do it!!! I have said it before and I'll say it again - our government is waaaayyyy out of control and the only way we will regain control is to take over Washington.

(Read into that whatever you choose!)
