Huntsville is the latest victim in the ongoing scheme by the Department of Housing and Urban Development to "Decentralize Poverty."
In Huntsville, this policy resulted in the demolition of the Council Court Projects and the relocation of residents to luxury apartments on the south side of town.
If you like skyrocketing violent crime rates and tipping marginal neighborhoods into poverty, it works great.
