How does somebody; not just Obama, but any American, get an Original Long Form BC scrubbed from a divorce record finalized over 40 years ago?
One answer would be the Court was presented a post-divorce adoption record where the Court had sealed and archived the Original Long Form BC and Ordered the registrar to create a new COLB with the new parent(s) and post-adoption child’s new name on it. The Original Long Form BC is legally void and cannot be used in any legal proceeding or administrative action in any state or Federal Court. Courts scrubb family records to protect the privacy of the adoptee.
Don’t attack me because you choose not to research standardized adoption procedures, annulment procedures and foster care procedures. Of course, Obots want you to spend your time trying to obtain a sealed and archived Original Long Form BC. Even if you get it, it’s legally void and cannot be used in Court.
Spend your time on something useful. For example, Obama regained his US Citizenship through the naturalization process. He has a Certificate of Naturalization on file with the USCIS. Another good place to research is to examine the results of the document examination of Obama’s application for SSN. If he filed as an Permanent Resident Alien, then the PRA Field on the application will have a “Y” in it.
I’ve given a detailed analysis of Obama’s eligibility problem and you’ve doubted me. If I posted Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization, then you’d say I forged it. Don’t take my word for it. Research it.

One problem with this, which I have pointed out to you many times: Children do not lose their US citizenship via adoption, parent's remarriage, etc.
In the past you came up with a wild-eyed theory that some one high up in the administration made an exception, with no good reason why this should be so.

This is the first time you posted anything supporting the two U.S. parent "requirement" of NBC. Prior to this, you dabbled in dual citizenship as early as October '08 but I can find nothing about the two citizen parent issue prior to the link I posted.
If you know of an earlier post, please correct me.
November 19th, 2008 is the first post I can find on Free Republic arguing that Obama is ineligible because NBC requires both parents to be U.S. citizens. This is well after Obama was elected and corresponds to Leo Donofrio raising the issue.
Prior to the election and prior to Donofrio, nothing. Yet people now claim this alleged "requirement" is the law of the land, always has been, and is not subject to debate.
What I do not understand is how we have not impeached him because of starting an unnecessary war. We impeached Nixon, and I still don’t know the reason why we tossed him out. What did he do that merited impeachment?.

Actually Nixon resigned. But you're right, there was a good chance he would have been tossed out if it came to a Senate trial. It was another case of "the cover up is worse than the original issue."
If you have interfaced with your Congressperson lately, it is quite apparent that they really don’t care what you think. They will do what they want to do. The reason that they can is that they have a high reelection rate. We really do need to throw the bums out.
