We are either going into a Depression or Hyperinflation. The Dollar will be coming down and things will get tough. The Government is inflating the stock market along with the banks. The quiet before the storm. I feel it in my bones that we are on the brink of something big and bad. Get your S*#t together. The end of QE2, pushing the Debt Ceiling , Greece, Spain, Japan....all coming to a head. This scenario may begin this week considering the most recent report that the Greek military is threatening a military coup if parliment imposes more austerity measures. So its either default of revolution resulting in default.

If you haven’t already it’s time to prepare. You needed to be stocking up on food guns, ammo, basic household supplies like soap, papergoods, cleaning supplies, good sturdy clothes including extra socks, underwear and extra shoes and boots, a extra couple changes of oil and filters for your car, tools, things you buy everyday start buying two and put one up.

I think that we are at the very least in for a collapse much like that of Argentina’s ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yerKMQc7-w&feature=grec_index), but as a armed society with a very large entitlement minded population our collapse will be much more violent and I see many many small business wiped out by flash mob looting, and large scale violence (look at what happened just this past Memorial Day weekend)and then there is this is going on in Chicago:”Emanuel said he spoke with McCarthy over the weekend and again this morning about the situation. I see what I call ‘Pocket Pogroms’ taking place in many big ‘Blue’ cities and if you aren’t a “0bamamite yutes” it’s going to get Reginald Denny bad for you very quickly.

Not around here. Plenty of freepers have already stocked up on precious metals, guns & ammo, gardens, canned goods, etc.

The fact is, no individual can do much of anything, other then leave the country, which I did.
Granted, the entire world is in a big mess, but at least I
live where most everyone has been poor for over 300 years, and are use to it.

I’ve been following this closely and this is first i’ve heard.
I read this in another article earlier in the week, but there too was a lack of documentation, just a vague report about the Greek military possibly getting involved and staging a coup.
There are a lot of blogs citing “rumors” of a coup. Apparently it all stems from a Turkish newspaper article that claims the CIA has written a report warning of the possibility. Everybody seems to have taken this, along with the fact that the Greek military has done it before, and decided that the tanks are revving their engines as we speak. And of course the CIA will never say one way or the other whether such a report exists.
I guess it could happen, but it’s not like the Turks wouldn’t spin up a story just to make Greece look bad, either. Until we see troops in the streets, I’m considering this on par with a Debkafile report.
