I will try to make this vanity post quick and to the point. As you will notice by looking at my profile, I am new to Free Republic. I have enjoyed reading all the articles posted at Free Republic for a few year now, and just recently jumped in to become an active member.
I am an evangelical young earth right wing conservative who has voted for every Republican presidential nominee going all the way back to Jerald Ford. Like many of you the internet has broadened my knowledge of the world around me. Then I found Free Republic and it seemed like a whole new world of knowledge has been presented to me that I was not getting anywhere else.
One thing I noticed at Free Republic, is that many Freepers have their own blogs, and they post portions of their articles here for other Freepers to read. I also noticed that many Freepers take offense to bloggers as they refer to them as blog pimps. However, I also noticed that not all bloggers are refereed to as blog pimps, and that is part of my question.
What exactly makes one a blog pimp and what makes one a respected blogger? Also, of all the bloggers who post their articles here, which Freeper bloggers are the best ones to follow?
I remember OWK and the discussions we all had back then.
My opinion is only my own and likely does not match that of many others here.
I’ll privately send you a list of recommendations and warnings.
Some blogs are full of bad mojo, viruses and spyware.
One way to judge a FReeper who posts from his blog is to click
on his name and then click “in forum”.
This shows you his comment history. If this history is comprised
of only “post #1” it indicates he only posts from his blog and
never participates in discussion here. This means he’s here for blog hits.
You can also click “articles” while on that page.
This will show if he posts only from his blog or sometimes from other sources.
If he only posts from his own source, he is using FR as an advertising platform and is a piece of excrement.
Only my opinion, though.
I knew she meant posters. But I added about my inactive blog anyway.

I personally don't dispute that the Creation was made by "God's Voice" — ARTICULATING THE LOGOS, His Truth, the Son of God Alpha to Omega, from the Beginning, to the end of time and beyond....
However, your 10,000-year-old date marking the age of Creation looks a little fishy to me. But I'd be glad to discuss the details with you, anytime.
What you need to know about this Forum is that it is populated (at least largely) by God-fearing Christians, many of whom are well-versed and experienced in the natural sciences, not a few professionally so.
