Wouldn't it be Great If The Weeper of The House Had Some "Spauldings" ?

Wouldn't it be great if the Weeper of the House, John Boehner, grew some Spauldings and said this:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"If the President wants to raise the debt limit, he and the Democrat Party MUST do the following:

•Repeal Obamacare.

•Enact the entitlement reforms laid out in the Ryan Plan.

•Dismantle the EPA, the Department of Education, HUD, and the Department of Energy.

•End the unconstitutional military action in Libya.

•Repeal the Dodd/Frank 'Financial Reform' bill.

•Enact legislation to make the so-called 'Bush Tax Cuts' permanent.

•Dismiss Eric Holder as Attorney General and cooperate fully in investigating the following matters: The New Black Panther Party's voter intimidation, the Romanoff and Sestak bribery scandals, and 'Operation Fast and Furious'.

•Support a Constitutional Amendment that will cap federal spending to 20% of GDP.

•Reduce the non-military federal workforce by 20%.

The President and his party must understand that these points are NOT negotiable. It's 'take it or leave it' from here on out. We, as a country, are on the edge of total disaster, both economically and politically. I understand that there will be some who call this 'extreme'. I understand there will be some who will call this 'inhuman'. To those individuals, I say this: too bad. My responsibility is to the Republic and the Constitution, NOT the op-ed page of the New York Times or the talking heads in the media.

As soon as MSNBC leaves the room, I will take your questions."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes, I know this as likely as Nazi Pelosi showing she has a heart of gold or Joe Bite Me being coherent for an hour. But a guy can dream, right ?

“BTW, whatever happened to defunding Obamacare? It is not in this deal or anywhere else that I’m aware of.”

Apparently, that is soooooooo 2010.....

Might as well.

If the Obummer, Rat, RINO show continues, they can hide it for only two or three more years and then there will be a complete and total collapse of the US economic system and the real panic will set in.

Foreign creditors will not take kindly to being shafted, and the largest part of the US population will not be interested in defending the country. The created wealth will disappear along with Joe Average's savings while Jose Entitlement's demands for smokes and wine will increase.

Maybe we can try not paying our military like the USSR and Russia did, and see how that works out.

The socialists lost it all in the USSR because of the effectiveness of their policy. The same will happen to the DemoRats in the USA for the same reason, it is inevitable, unless the RINOs not only stop, but reverse Rat policy.

The Rats are certain to lose everything including America, but the Republicans have a choice, uncompromisingly reverse Rat policy and win for America, or go along, lose, and precede the Rats and America into oblivion.

“Joe Bite Me being coherent for an hour”?
Come on Alan Levy, it isn’t proper to make fun of a drunk like Joe Biden.
He can’t help that he is an incoherant boob. He has a sickness, alcoholism.

Bohner has been taking a lot of heat on FR lately. Most of it has come from the fake news stories on Rooters, AP and Yahoo saying he caved on tax hikes. He is still hanging on and has not given in, regardless of the wishful thinking 'news' stories that keep coming out. Yet, he keeps getting blasted here. Look at Drudge this morning. He is hanging tuff.

The WaPo article he links to is so slanted: "Bohner blinked" vs. "Obama, at least was willing to make that leap"

For all we know, Bohner may be playing mind games with One. He did get Obama on record as wanting to cut Medicare and Social Security -- score! I am starting to think that Bohner has no intention of 'caving' or anything else, and may just want the debt ceiling to stay in place. Let's give him some POSITIVE support, how about.

Wouldn’t it be great if an actual, breathing, CONSERVATIVE was the Speaker ? Like, oh, I dunno...Louie Gomert, Michele Bachmann, Allen West, Daniel Webster, or Paul Ryan ?

If another big group of Tea-Party conservatives are elected, ousting moderates in both parties, it will happen.

While I would love for him to demand all of that, I’m just thankful that there are enough TEA Partiers to bring him back from the cave in ledge.

Hopefully, in 2012, our chances to right the ship of state will be much better.

These things do take time, and several election cycles.

These things do take time, but would it kill the Weeper to at least pretend he’s one of us ?

Depending on what The Weeper does, it might not take too much time.

Should he cave, the RNC is dead.

If he stands firm, Obama is toast. There is no pressure on Boehner to make a deal.

He’s too old school RNC and too entrenched in Republicanism to be one of us. He’s one reason why there is a TEA Party.

I’m thankful for the TEA Party types in the House, and I hope they continue to hold his feet to the fire until we are able to take the Senate, and possibly the White House, again.
