Atlanta has this big cheating teacher scandal going on (all are Democrats) where the “teachers” erased answers and filled in the correct ones for the youth. Do you have any doubt those same districts would commit massive voter fraud for what they think is a good self serving reason?
It is sick what our nation has become.
Didn't you hear? That was GW Bush's fault. Seriously. The "thinking" that the LSM pimped was that GW was to blame because he signed a law that made the testing mandatory. See, insisting teachers teach was what caused all this.

PS I thinking forcing teachers to "teach to a test" stinks, but it's better than having teachers not teach at all. WAY better!
The money was given to ACORN apparently in defiance of Public Law 111-117 which spells out in pretty clear terms that ACORN shouldn’t be getting any government funding.
The level of corruption is staggering. On top of it all, he acts like a dictator, he doesn't have to observe the law.
