Ah yes, another example of a government screw up - Gunwalker - Fast and Furious - ATF ought to be ashamed of themselves but alas, instead, they punish the citizens of this country. I don't think this could be minimized as a "screw up". While I am no conspiracy theorist, the ATF, Justice, FBI appear to be working deliberately and in concert.

Given that the Executive Order has no tie-in whatsoever to any law passed by Congress I'd say it's an act of rebellion against the United States.
A court isn't where you need to go for that ~ you need to send out the militia to bring in the criminals.
