No, Palin does not support CCB as a first alternative. She supports it ONLY if the Congress is going to cave and raise the debt ceiling. She said she doesn’t support raising the debt ceiling. Watch the video again.

"The Cut, Cap and Balance plan is the right plan because, evidently there are enough members of Congress who are insisting that the debt ceiling will be raised -- I DON'T WANT TO SEE IT RAISED BUT THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL BE RAISED, SO IF IT'S GONNA BE RAISED WE'D BETTER GET SOMETHING OUT OF IT".

Palin doesn't want the debt ceiling raised.

I can hear perfectly. What I want to hear from every political figure is not weak acquiescence to compromise. I want to hear them say to the Republicans: "We sent you to Washington to stop this nonsense. You hold the purse strings. Start acting like it. Drop the stupid idea of raising the debt limit $2.4 TRILLION dollars, just like Obama wants, or we're going to send you home when we send him home!"
