Sen. John McCain ruffled Americas already disheveled political feathers today with a Senate floor rant mocking the Tea Partys position on the debt ceiling debate comparing them to hobbits and disparaging them for turning Sharron Angle and Christine ODonnell into Republican nominees. Unsurprisingly, Sean Hannity had a bone to pick with the senator tonight on those comments, and on his opinion that the Republicans will get the blame for a debt default if they do not compromise.
Hannity came out swinging at Sen. McCain, wondering why the senator had turned on the Tea Party why not attack the President? Sen. McCain corrected that he did intend to attack the Tea Party but that he disagreed with their obstinacy, especially if it would mean a plan like that of Sen. Harry Reids one of the most flimsy, transparent, phony spending cut things, proposals, that Ive ever seen being put into law. The alternative to Hannity, however, was Republicans competing with themselves, which infuriates me a little bit. He noted that the Rep. Paul Ryan plan in the House was a good start, and that the House Republicans voted to repeal Obamacare, all things it frustrated him not to see in the Senate.

McStain needs to dry up and blow away.
Doh!
Does this make up for all the other times when Hannity kissed Captain Queeg’s ass?
I’ll tell you what; I’ve been very critical of Hannity in the past with his softball treatment of guys like McCain, but Hannity has been on fire lately.
He took it right to McShame tonihgt, and did the same thing on his radio show about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I knew Hannity was winning the argument tonight; whenever that POS McCain says “My Friend...” you just know he’s pi$$ing vinegar.
I haven’t said this much lately, but here goes: Good Job Sean!
“McStain needs to dry up and blow away.”
I’d say he is at the point where all he needs to do is blow away.
Maybe because the Tea Party supported J.D. Hayworth against him in the primary. McCain isn't exactly a forgive and forget type. Too bad Hayworth lost.
mccain reminds me of that liberal movie “night of the living dead.”
I guess old useless is still angry he didn’t get elected. I can’t stand it when he says “my friends” with that fake sincerity he gins up. I have news for you Mr RINO, you have no friends.
I saw the same thing. I think that McAmesty WAS expecting the routine “smoochies” from Sean, but that was NOT what he got! Glad to see this happen. I had stopped watching his show BECAUSE he was kissing butt with RINO’s, but that ship may have sailed.
Greta just played Christine O’Donnell’s response and it was sharp to say the least.
Exactly! The Tea Party wanted nothing to do with the old RINO hack! Nor do the old establishment republicans want ANY citizens muck rucking around their charming sandbox. Trouble is, they are losers and cowards. They can’t even hold their spit together to stay elected more than a couple of years for DECADES!
McCain showed up to make Hannity look like a genius?
I find it disgusting that McCain is so vehement against the TEA parties stand, but says little about the statist destructive stand of the DNC.
>>There is a passion in his voice bordering on anger, especially on the radio show.<<
Good for Sean. I. too, have been disappointed in Sean but this is great.
He was equally strong against Jorge Bush’s idiotic border policy. Sometimes Sean does us proud, so he deserves kudos when he does.
What a smirking A**hole...I despise this arrogant, jerk.
Just, wow.
Get back to me when Sean Hannity quits trying to push the flavor of the day RINO for POTUS.
Rudy, Newt, and now Jeb Bush
