Alexander Hamilton wrote in Federalist No. 16, that the American people are the natural guardians of the Constitution and should take whatever action is necessary when their representatives in the federal government concur with the usurpations of another Branch and thereby violate their oaths to defend the Constitution.
In Federalist No. 33, Hamilton says:
If the federal government should overpass the just bounds of its authority and make a tyrannical use of its powers, the people, whose creature it is, must appeal to the standard they have formed [the Constitution], and take such measures to redress the injury done to the Constitution as the exigency may suggest and prudence justify.
Every American, who is not still in denial, knows that Barack Hussein Obama is Constitutionally ineligible to be President, has officially proffered a forged Certificate of Live Birth, illegally uses a Social Security Number and has a forged Selective Service registration.
Every member of Congress is aware of the situation, but, by doing nothing, they are violating their oaths to support and defend the Constitution.
They are willing to tolerate crimes at the highest level of government because they want to maintain the status quo.
To preserve their source of power and profit, the political establishment and the mainstream media, have conspired to protect themselves by protecting Obama and hiding the truth from the American people.
Obama is, however, only a symptom and the product of a corrupt government, which has perverted the Constitution and undermined the rule of law.

One question jumps to mind...I thought Marco was born in the US to two parents who had already become citizens...what are the facts?
Alexander Hamilton had hoped that the American people would have stood up long before people were arrested for protesting getting sexually molested to transport themselves from one place to another.
The sad truth is that drip by drip, the American people have accepted tyranny.
Gee...I wonder what this guy will write about in his next column.
The Constitution and the United States are anti-government entities allowing limited government as necessary but needing close watch and a tight leash.
Whether these survive is a question of the condition of the American people. Indoctrinated in liberal public schools for the last 50 years, are enough American people willing to exchange the bravery of their freedoms for the slavery of government "entitlements?"
If the country cannot be saved as a whole, are there enough states that can band together in their own Constitutional Republic? (Itd be nice, but I don't think there's enough states in one geographic area to form any kind of effective military defense.)
Perhaps, perhaps not. I heard someone, Glenn Beck I think, saying how it only takes 10%, if that 10% are wholly committed to their beliefs and convictions, to stand up and lead and the rest will follow.
Perhaps Americans are merely waiting, some even seething in quiet desperation while they wait for the moment when they will stand.
The rise of the Tea Party seems to support those theories and the elected seem to know it's true. Interesting times.
Are there even 10% who care enough to be dragged away from their couches?
If states would pass eligibility requirements for elected office, it would go a long way to solving the problem. Have any states done so? If so, what documentation do they ask for.
Perhaps there should be an employment application for people seeking federal congressional or executive offices and be available for public review.
There, fixed it for ya.
Maybe Col. Sellin should wait until there’s something new to write about before making another one of these posts. Or better yet, do what Jerry Corsi does and just start making up controversies out of nothing.
