A lot of people criticized Palin for her “blood libel” response after the Arizona shooting. I think she was right to have done so then as well as now. These journalists and office-holders who call Tea Partiers “terrorists” and say the Tea Party is “waging jihad on America” need to be called out for the thugs they are.

What it underscores more than anything else is the disproportionate amount of control the political left has on the media relative to its small numbers.

Does anyone ever remember anything Michele Bachmann says? What about Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty, Herman Cain, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman or even Rick Perry?
Sarah’s remarks on Myth Romney reminded me of a line from a comedian that you can insult anyone as long as you say “bless his heart”, as in “That’s one ugly looking baby, bless his heart”.

Sarah hit it out of the park with her comments last night. She skewered Obama, Romney, the Dems, etc. She was on fire.

Ugly baby indeed! LOL Sarah’s great talents will be sorely wasted if she is only campaigning for others next year. To be fully effective, she must smash through that preposterous Caribou Barbie image, and you can just see her as a candidate stunning people with her sharp, crisp logic and quips.
Congress just wasted a golden moment to shine light on our economic disaster, and begin to right the ship. What an even more incalculable lost opportunity it will be if Sarah’s hat is not in the ring, and she does not become POTUS#45. We’re almost fresh out of chances. Bob
I have a sidebar for popular keywords, but how exactly do you create one for just keyword: Palin?
Glad you asked. It took me a while to figure it out, but its really easy:
1. Click on Keyword "Palin" in the "Popular Keywords" side bar.
2. Wait for it to load and scroll down to the bottom.
3. Click "Add to My Page"
4. A screen "My Page Layout" opens with "Keyword: palin" at the top.
5. Select the position ("weight") you want to have it appear on the sidebar (you may have to renumber some of the others).
6. Select the number of threads ("size") to be displayed under the topic or keyword.
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Modify"
The list of recent threads appears in your sidebar. You can chose any number of topics or keywords to display. Mine include topics NM and AZ and keywords "global warming" and "climate change." If you are not on a topic or keyword ping list this is a really effective way to keep informed of topics you chose.
