I admit that I handled this situation the wrong way. I let a few smart a$$ comments piss me off. If my blog sux so bad then why is it always being linked on this site?
From my point of view I just followed sitemeter back to a site that was linking my blog a lot, and was attacked when I tried to share something that I thought was worth knowing.
The statement in post #78 backs up my first post to you (#11). I wasn’t being rude; simply up front on the issue. The problem with it all is your method of sharing something you feel worth knowing. If it’s someone else’s material, and there are rules about posting, then those rules must be followed. But if it’s your own material as in this case, then we see little reason why it can’t be shared as part of the post (unless your main intention is blog hits). There are many bloggers who post here. They’re part of the community. But they post their material, or excerpts, and that’s fine. They also join in the discussion, and that’s even better.
