My wife LOVES New England thrift shops...snotty female democrats from Massachusetts dump their brand-new clothes at the thrift store for the 'down-trodden masses', and my wife swoops down on the bargains like a buzzard on a gut wagon.

Forgot to mention price...usually one or two bucks...think she had to pay $3 for a suit a few weeks back...original price tags still on them.
You have an intelligent wife! Why buy brand new with a tag if you can get the same “pricey” clothes for a fraction! I know that some people refuse to go into a thrift shop or a consignment shop and I truly wonder why? You stick them in the washing machine as soon as you get home. I bet your wife’s clothes closet is quite the envy of many women!
