A Rasmussen poll showed that while a majority (55%) disagree with the statement: members of the Tea Party are economic terrorists, 29% say that they are.
Among this minority, Massachusetts poll respondent John was adamant in his view that theres no question about it. They caused the credit downgrade that will make it harder for the government to get the money it needs. Anyone who impedes government getting the funding it needs to adequately control the country is a terrorist.
Debbie, a Florida poll respondent, echoed Johns remarks saying, Truer words were never spoken. The Tea Party represents a graver threat to our country than al-Qaeda ever did. If we dont take adequate measures to suppress this threat tyranny will overthrow our democracy.
Michael, a poll respondent from Michigan, took a slightly different tack, blaming Standard & Poor and demanding that President Obama should have the CEO of this criminal band of capitalist enablers arrested. Moneyed interests may have wealth, but the government has the guns. There is no need for Obama to kowtow to these people when he could easily just take the resources he needs for his programs.

God what is wrong with some Americans.
substantial minority.....lmao.
No they don’t.
This is nothing but leftwing political posturing.
They heard the talking points, and they’re repeating them.
Nothing more.
The Texas economic model has existed since before the Tea Party evolved out of citizen’s concerns. It has been successful for the state. Obviously, Perry has helped make that economic model work.
The Texas economic model is now generally endorsed by many republicans at the national level, including Tea Party representatives, who have adopted it as their own. That includes Michelle Bachman, bless her heart.
The other large state economic model is Californias. It has failed at the state level. Obama and the democrats have largely adopted that model for the national level, where it is failing as well.
Does not seem to be much of a contest does it?
Polls show that a substantial minority of Americans are complete idiots and barely know how to feed themselves.
This sort of poll is not measuring what people believe.
It is measuring whether they are liberals, and intent on lying in order to toe the party line.
Polls are not magic.
This one is nonsense.
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.
Abraham Lincoln, (attributed)
16th president of US (1809 - 1865)
Apparently you can fool 29% of the people all of the time.
Apparently so.
Satire folks
;-)
John is getting so good at this, it took 11 replys to finally see it. Love his work.
Well...that’s fine. About the same percentage saw the original tea party patriots as terrorists before the revolution. About the same percentage as them were willing to fight for freedom and the other forty percent just said “leave me out of it.” so...we are back where we started. Question is: can we do it again?
There. I fixed it.
That's why the Founders didn't put a right to vote in the Constitution.
Took 150 years to reverse that, but now every imbecile that doesn't pay federal income tax is busy on election day voting for marxists, crooks, and sex perverts.
Afraid it's all over but the shouting for this Republic, this doesn't get fixed via the electoral process.
Good thing we have oceans between us and the barbarians, or we would be overrrun.

Question: What percentage of FReepers are satire challenged?
Tea party folks are terrorists?
Well ya should know what I’m starting to think of the Jews, Blacks, fags & unionists that vote for and support the marxist punk.
You can’t fix stupid! It is amazing that the left wing propaganda does effect so many but take heart 29% means that 71% believe otherwise
Gets ‘em every time.
Love the knee jerk comments.
