Here is the email from Air Force Staff Sergeant Moran,
My name is Daryn J. Moran. I am a SSgt in the USAF stationed in Germany.
I called Pastor Manning of the Manning Report just recently (Youtube video posted below) to share my concern for our country. Boils down that I have not gone in to work last Thurs. and Fri. First time I was AWOL in nearly 13 years. Until B. Obama provides a birth certificate which stands up to professional examination, not even mentioning the seriousness of the fact that his father was never an American, I no longer serve the Armed Forces or take orders.
Basically, I'd rather follow Mr. Lakin, the ex-Army officer who went to Ft. Leavenworth, into war against our real enemies.
My family is in turmoil because I cannot change my heart to support Obama, or protect his criminality. I love America and the Constitution and stand against B. Obama. He should be arrested.

President Palin or Perry’s first pardon.
Ping!
Mega, mega, mega dittos!
3....2....1....mega trolls a coming soon to a thread near you.
My friend, Sgt.-— My advice is to go back to duty and serve out the rest of your commitment.
Your sacrifice will not be appreciated, you will be brutalised in the Media if they even bother to report your story. You are wasting your career.
The handwriting is on the wall. The Judicial Branch and the Legislative branch are in the tank for Obama, and you will find yourself in Lakin’s cell at Leavenworth. For naught.
Should be the response of everyone serving in the military.
I’m very thankful for him and Lt Col. Lakin.

AIR FORCE STAFF SERGANT REFUSING ORDERS UNTIL obama's ELIGIBILITY IS PROVEN
Check out article. Photo at # 6.
Thanks, Las Vegas Ron.
.
[P.S. Not to distract from this important thread, but Hotlanta Mike is back. Thanks, Mr. R.]
Well, send his @ss to Leavenworth.
Yep.

This Kenyan Bassturd...needs to be arrested and led out of our WH in handcuffs......
“A Patriot who is willing to die to save our freedoms and The Constitution.”
But not follow orders. Hmmm....
remember how during the Nam war, conscientious objectors who went to prison were glorified, as were those that "snuk" off to Canada..
What do you say to the first military guy who disobeys orders under President Palin because he doesn’t think she is really the CIC ?
There is a problem with lawlessness...it leads to mob rule
This makes me so sad.
Our enlisted should not have to be put in such a hard place. I understand his reasoning, but weep that the present situation creates such conflict in the hearts of those who have chosen to defend us.
Join me in prayer for this patriot.
THANK YOU, Mr. Robinson!
Not foreign pretending to be domestic.
Good luck.
But with the Dem’s full of hate and corrupt as all get out.
And with the Repub leadership lacking a spine.
With the main US news media being nothing but Pravda
Who will stand up to Obaba?
This is a stupid move. He just killed his pension and will spend time in jail. Not a bright way to protest.
It is not the job of NCOs to determine who is eligible to be President. All 50 states accept him as such, the Congress accepts him as such (all 535 members - there were no objections made) and the US Supreme Court accepts him as such.
If someone has PROOF he was born in Kenya, it would be a whole different ballgame. Until then, the military needs to accept civilian rule - and all 3 branches of the government and all 50 states accept that Obama is President.
Maybe someone can get this to the attention of Ron Paul?
His recent success in the straw poll might give him an audience to bring some pressure on the congress to do something about this!
Perry, too, but I am worried that he is just another establishment flunky. I could be wrong about him, and am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. If Perry would take a stand on this issue, it would go a long way to convince some of us fence-sitters that he is the real deal.
Just a disappointed citizen here, who is losing hope because of the change.
Ron Paul could have objected in Jan 2009. He did not. It is a bit late now...
You forget that there are numerous legal cases slowly traveling through the legal process. He using the power of his office to impede these cases almost as well as Slick Willie did.
As a former military man with 27 years service, I took an oath to PROTECT AND DEFEND THE U.S.CONSTITUTION AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC. He is demanding that the S.O.B show proof he meets Article II Section 1 clause 5 of the constitution.
Only way this will make a difference is if thousands of officers do the same thing.
Since as you say, you took an oath to “PROTECT AND DEFEND THE U.S.CONSTITUTION AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC,”
what are you going to do about Hussein?
Beat your chest?
The so-called ‘eligibility’ question is so irrelevant, at this remove ... The time to address it expired with the election. From then on, the issue resided solely with the Congress and they refused to even take it up.
Lawless service members immolating themselves so uselessly ( a la Lakin and this one ) while they may inspire SOME to admiration, are hardly acting in the best interests of ANYONE — themselves, their families, their Services, their Country.
In the end, these individuals may garner a lot of attention and emotional or sentimental admiration, but their actions do NOTHING to further any worthwhile cause.
Another responder used the term ‘attention whore’. I’d second that sentiment.
There is no ‘win’ for anybody in prolonging this ‘eligibility’ nonsense. The time to act was BEFORE Imam Hussein was elected. Now, our only recourse, barring a sudden eruption of ‘due diligence’ on the part of a ‘do-nothing helpful’ Congress, is to assure the Imam doesn’t get yet another term.

Exactly. The ones encouraging this action would likely encourage a military coup to remove Obama from office. They claim respect for the Constitution while encouraging the military to ignore it when it suits their purpose. Pathetic.
Or a sad example of the effects of Birther stupidity.
I haven’t forgotten the legal cases. I haven’t forgotten that NONE of them have gone anywhere. I haven’t forgotten that the US Supreme Court had the chance to take a case prior to Obama being sworn in, and did not do so. I haven’t forgotten Lakin, and how that turned out.
I’m former military with 25 years, and I remember having a couple of enlisted in the Navy squadron I was then attached to (I was USAF) trying to refuse orders based on GWB being ‘selected, not elected’. In the end, facing prison time, they complied with orders.
This guy will end up in prison if he doesn’t change his tune ASAP. And no one at WorldNutDaily will be doing time with him...just ask Mr Lakin.
You posted my exact thoughts.
Damn the charlatans who incite this type of behavior while comfortably remaining on the sidelines cheering them on.
I wonder if there is a generational difference between those of us upset at the lack of transparency by Obama, and those of you who do not seem concerned about it.
For whatever it is worth, I went to school starting back in the late 40s, through the 50s, and entered college in the very early 60s.
I was taught “civics”, not social studies, and had to take courses in English and American History. Others of my generation probably did the same, and therefore are much more worried about what we see going on in D.C.
My children, who grew up with Social Studies seem to be blasé about the whole issue. They just focus on their work and family, and ignore what is going on politically. They feel they can’t do much about it, so why worry.
I want to get along with them, so try not to be a nagging mom about the deterioration of our culture, cities, civil discourse, and economy. They don’t want to hear it, even thought they are good citizens, and conservative in their values. They just seem pragmatic about it all.
I'm with you! Courage is what is needed!
But everyone needs a hobby!
My theory: All those cheering this guy (who is probably a good guy) should refuse to pay their taxes. Why? Because an invalid President signed the tax laws.
They then can go to court for refusing to obey laws made by an invalid President, and see how far it will get them.
“Yeah, and if millions did this the whole corrupt system would collapse!” < / sarcasm >
Daryn J. Moran, I’m really sorry that your mom and dad were not all that good at spelling.
And lucky for you, your new place of residence will be the brand new Joint Regional Correctional Facility (JRCF).
Place looks very swanky, with your own 80 sg. ft. condo with ample natural light as well as a writing surface, a “sleeping surface,” “adequate storage space” and “Bradlwy” Manning as a neighbor.

What is he going to do about Obama? WTF do you suggest he do?!

The pity is that this guy probably is a decent wort who wants to do right. But those who have goaded him into doing it won't be at his side...
Sounds like he needs some psychiatric help.
But...
I submit that this does not really apply to the fallacies of Birtherism.
BHO was born in Hawaii, and based on everything we know this appears to be sufficient for him to be a NBC. The Legislative Branch branch and the Judicial Branch of government are in agreement with this. Some people (Birthers) refuse to accept this and behave accordingly.
Though if you want to argue that the electoral system is lacking in a formal process for verification of eligibility, I'm right there with you.
the military oath is very important to them. This is why they take it for the constitution instead of any specifi leader or office. I doubt you will find any other military with this unique oath to a document rather than a person or office.
Not bad, I like the place.
Just the other day, I was looking at some upscale condos downtown and just like Moran’s new condo, the condo I viewed also had polished concrete floors, lots of stainless steel, plenty of natural light and a grooming area.
Your first mistake.
This tactic did not work out very well for Dr. Lakin. I don’t see it working for Sergeant Moran.
