Obama increases his personal debt ceiling -- his-and-hers jets for vacation

Before it had even started in earnest, the much-maligned vacation became a PR nightmare, after it emerged this morning that he and his wife took separate government jets to Martha's Vineyard just hours apart.

Michelle Obama​ was revealed to have arrived at the Massachusetts retreat, only 500 miles from Washington, four hours before her husband yesterday. ...

The extra transport to get the the First Lady to the island for only a few more hours of vacation time will have cost taxpayers thousands in additional expenses.

The costs related to Mrs Obama’s solo trip mainly include the flight on the specially designed military aircraft she took instead of Air Force One​, as well as any extra staff and Secret Service that had to be enlisted to go with her.

She would also have had her own motorcade from the airport to her vacation residence.

$50,000-per-week farm house and separate jets. Think of how many needy families could benefit from that kind of lavish spending. This guy lives like a king, not a president during economic hard times (that he created).

If anyone thinks Obummer is getting a second term needs to look at this For the People event yesterday. It resembled the long lines of the Great Depression.

Thousands of unemployed waited overnight, camping out in their business suits and office heels and braving the tormenting heat in Atlanta to stand in line for a job fair Thursday. Authorities treated 20 people for heat exhaustion as they struggled to keep the line moving and get people moved inside.

These folks looked like they want to work for a living. The country is unraveling far more than Obummer thought it would. He is doomed. I don't see him being the Rat nominee in '12. I think he will resign.

I read these stories about thousands of people waiting in line for work, but I just cannot picture it, and there really don't seem to be photos that do it justice. It's too surreal for me to believe.
