Looks like she is sporting the 6 person Gazelle model with the optional bump-out hip roof.
That is only the second photo of Moochie I have seen with her patented lamprey radula pose.
Someone on another thread mentioned a beard situation or something along those lines in WH.
Now, I can't help but scrutinize whenever she is photographed.

When my husband and I are together, we never run out of things to talk about. He has the best sense of humor and I never, ever get tired of him talking. I have seen several pictures of her wearing her headphones when she is in the Beast with him and have to agree with your hubby. Not only do they not look like they can stand being in the same room together but have seen where others think it is a marriage of convenience. There is ZERO chemistry. Zilch. All the acting they do for the cameras won’t ever convince me otherwise.

I was just thinking about the old Star Trek salt vampire. Very similar characteristics among the discussed critters. I'll bet Susan Estrich is breathing a sigh of relief, knowing that Moochelle has taken her place in the unfortunate facial expressions postings.
The original "lamprey" image is actually more disturbing; it shows some of the teeth angled outward like those of a sheepshead (fish that nibbles barnacles off of bridge pilings). Brrrr.
