Obviously a non sequitor...my guess is he has a Visa and someone is misstating it to make him look like a citizen.
I don’t expect the government to explain any of this because if he is not a citizen, drawing SSDI is going to be hard to explain or if he has a passport, equally hard to explain.
We do know he had a drivers license and had purchased a car which was repoed out of bankruptcy...wonder how he got that car loan...fraud maybe there too. Too many lose ends here which are being swept up under the rug in our rush to not offend anyone or group.

1. He has credit cards. AK-47s are not expensive.
2. Disability allows you to have an income, but it sets limits on how much you can make without impacting your benefits. I would assume he was being paid under the table anyway.
I think I read in one of the articles that he’s in his early 30’s.
1. Why is a gun-capable guy in his early 30’s on social security disability?
2. He was definitely born after the time that weapons had to be registered. When was the AK47 registered, who bought it, where did they buy it

Officers converged on the south Carson shopping center — which remained at a standstill all day — and once they learned the address on the minivan registration, they raided a home on Jodi Lane where at least one of Sencion’s six brothers lives. From there they learned that Sencion lived with his parents in East Carson City on Truckee Street. A third home, on Greenbrier, was also searched, said Furlong.
As scores of law enforcement processed the crime scene at the restaurant, members of the FBI and Carson City Sheriff’s Office made their way through the three homes. Affidavits in support of search warrants in the case were sealed, said Assistant District Attorney Gerald Gardner.
Although Sencion was born in Mexico, Furlong said, he was in the U.S. legally.
“He has a U.S. passport,” the sheriff said.
According to family friend Francisco Rosales, Sencion’s family has lived in Carson City for at least a decade. Before that, they lived in South Lake Tahoe, Rosales said as he stood outside Sencion’s brother’s house on Jodi Lane. Rosales wanted to be by his friend Gilberto Sencion’s side after seeing Eduardo Sencion’s picture on the news. Instead, he was greeted by a Carson City sheriff’s deputy telling him no one was home.
“I came right away to see if I could help with the kids,” said Rosales.
He said that while he hadn’t spoken much with Eduardo Sencion, the family contains “hard-working guys.”
As for Eduardo, “I noticed he was kind of slow,” he said.
South Lake Tahoe Police Chief Brian Uhler said his department had contact with Sencion in April 2000 during a mental health commitment. According to Uhler, Sencion fought with police officers during the incident, but was not charged with a crime. Uhler declined to provided further details, saying the report of the incident has been turned over to Carson City investigators.
He said he knew of no other contacts between Sencion and South Lake Tahoe police since the incident 11 years ago.
Furlong said there is no record within the Carson City Sheriff’s Office of contact with Sencion other than three instances recently when he pawned items.
The shooting shocked some who knew him, including Joe Laub, his lawyer in a bankruptcy filing in January 2009, who called it an “aberration of his character.”
“He’s a gentle, kind man who was very helpful to friends and family,” Laub told The Associated Press. “I couldn’t venture to guess what would cause him to do something as horrible as this.”
In the bankruptcy filing, Sencion listed more than $42,000 in outstanding debts for a car, several credit cards and some medical expenses. At the time, Sencion reported having $200 spread over three bank accounts and $923 in disability income per month, mostly from Social Security.

In order to qualify for SSDI, you have to have worked 40 quarters, which means he has to have been working for 10 years.
I'm thinking he was using a false ID and he's not the person he has been pretending to be.
For what it’s worth, being mentally ill has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not that AK47 was a Fast and Furious (or similar operation) gun.
And being mentally ill does not mean the shooter is NOT associated with a drug cartel who might be looking to take down someone who they had concerns about.....some National Guardsmen, for example, who might have learned something they shouldn’t have.
And what is Sencion’s religion, for example? Has it changed recently? I understand that jihadists find mentally ill muslims easier to recruit for suicide missions than sane muslims. That makes sense.
Think of it ~ we have here a Mexican with a US Passport on SSI, and he seems to have a fully automatic AK-47 that was already traced back to a purchase by the Mexican Police (FROM WHO?).
Think of that, ATF supposedly traced this sucker all the way back to the Mexican police AS THE FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS!
So where did they get the information to do that? Obviously you don't go around buying AK-47s in the open market, particularly if they belonged to the Mexican police ~ who appear to have reported it missing from their inventory of AK-47s.
Those reports on the weapon were on the street BEFORE we knew the guy's name.
Yet to be answered, IS HE A CITIZEN? Hmmm. Also, despite reports he was a registered Democrat we have not yet received information on how many times he voted in the last year or two, or what his personal relationship with Senator Reid might be. This may be the guy who cuts his lawn (which in Nevada in so many places means moving colored rocks from one side of the walk to the other from time to time).
Is he really crazy? Is he faking it? Is he a contract killer?
All of these questions will eventually get answered but like in the case of Jared no one is going to get to ask him any personal questions. He'll be "taken away" and medicated. No trained interrogator will be allowed to cross examine him in court because he's never going on trial.
That's the way the Democrats handled that assassination in Arizona where Jared killed the Republican judge. We'll see it here ~ and we might well ask who this guy killed who was of some importance to some guy high up in the Obama Regime.
I do believe you are right, FRiend. A post above says he’s been in the US for only 10 years. Wouldn’t that be a coincidence that he has been here barely enough to get 40 quarters and that he has accomplished that.
Is there a right for a citizen to find the date of a weapon registration, date of purchase, etc., when the weapon’s being used in the commission of a crime?
Is there any right to insist that such evidence as that weapon be under control with a verifiable chain of custody?

In all fairness, if you ate a lot of ramman noodles, a poor person can save to buy a $550 Century Arms AK. Less then that for a sporty version of a Saiga.
I had not heard the AK47 had been already traced by the ATF back to the Mexican police.

That’s huge: a weapon in the hands of an unstable man who got it somehow from the Mexican police ends up assassinating National Guardsmen and others in Carson City, Nevada.
I agree with you, but that’s too neat for a man on SSI to come up with that idea and then to kill himself.
