The (current) administration’s defense argument will be that Congress gave the executive branch the right to negotiate where stimulus funds were spent. True or not, that’s what will be argued.
This current do nothing Congress (gridlocked) will be sure to investigate and investigate some more but unless the dems decided to support ousting the ‘regime’ then nothing happens and the elections will take center stage.
