*sigh* definately a problem with that. When I heard about the price hike, I bailed and have had moments about resigning on, but I don’t since the price is still steep and the selection is neat, but at the same time, not at all worth it in the end.

He really blew it for the company, I can say that much. With all the people on there and all the good things he had going, he really, really blew it.

Checking my account yesterday at Netflix, I discovered that my monthly bill was $16.99 in January 2011, was raised to $19.99, and is now at $23.49.

I am cancelling as soon as Insight gets hooked up which won’t be much longer.

Been a customer since 2004.
