President Barack Obama never used a "de facto" committee of outside advisers to help him craft health care legislation, a White House attorney wrote in unusual filings with a federal court in Washington Monday night.
In a ruling last month, U.S. District Court Judge Richard Roberts refused to dismiss a lawsuit legal gadfly Larry Klayman and his group Freedom Watch brought in 2009 alleging that an "Obama Health Reform De Facto Advisory Committee" was meeting at the White House in violation of federal laws requiring that such meetings be formally announced and open to the public.
The Justice Department had asked that the lawsuit be dismissed on separation of powers grounds, but Roberts said Freedom Watch's complaint made detailed enough allegations about the alleged committee that the suit could proceed. However, he asked government lawyers to address whether the suit might be moot since the health care legislation under development in 2009 was passed early in 2010.

More lies from the Ministry of Truth.
Nothing surprises me me anymore.
2012OUT with the mafia trash!
It sounds like he wrote the thing on the back of a napkin.
Someday there will be "Obama tapes."
Neither does his birth certificate. So what’s new?
The dusted off Health Care Reform Bill was written decades age, tweeked every year, added on to to overwrite existing Supreme Court Rulings, and now will be our DEATH if it is not REPEALED!
May G-d Help us!
I thought O’Soros’ Apollo Alliance wrote it.
“was meeting at the White House in violation of federal laws requiring that such meetings be formally announced and open to the public”
Parse the words. “was meeting at the White House”. Of course there were no meetings at the White House.
The healthcare bill was delivered to him, in complete form by the Apollo Alliance. Glenn Beck exposed this group and the fact that it has been writing the bills, long ago.
“President Barack Obama never used a “de facto” committee of outside advisers to help him craft health care legislation....”
Total lie......Obama didn’t write Obamacare legislation, he/they just dusted off and updated Teddy Kennedys Socialized Medicine Plan from 20 years ago...........
It’s small wonder that Romneycare and Obamacare are similiar.....both are work product of Kennedy’s Senate office. Like everything else Teddy touched both are major disasters.
And remember when the white house was forced to produce visitor logs and it came out that there were meetings deliberately taking place at some nearby coffee shop so the visitors wouldn’t be visitors?
Right - SEIU was involved.
There was a stretch there when Andy Stern was the most visiting ‘guest’ with barry bassturd. The democrat party is a criminal enterprise so the heavy involvement of unions should come as no surprise.
Video of Glenn Beck showing how SEIU is tied to healthcare and Apollo Alliance.
Doesn’t Trumka also brag about his several times per week visits?
it certainly will be the death of a lot of patients. The elderly, handicapped, and very young.
They wrote the stimulous bill.
They wrote the stimulus bill.
never used a "de facto" committee of outside advisers to help him craft health care legislationDeath Panels are real though.
