I reasoned that if President Obama had been born in Kenya, his mother must have been there with him at the time, and travel to a foreign country requires a passport. No passport, no travel to Kenya. To answer the passport question, I filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the United States Department of State on January 27, 2009, asking for records of any passports issued to Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama or Soetoro).
They returned one additional document, an issuance card associated with the 1967 passport renewal application previously released.
The wording of the letter is consistent with their finding a 1965 card and withholding it. It is also consistent with them finding an earlier card – and therein lies the problem with getting anything useful from the FOIA response.
I suspect misconduct.

The big question is: was the passport issued to Stanley Ann in July 1965 which she used to travel to Indonesia her first passport or was it a renewal of an earlier passport? If it was a renewal, then maybe she DID hold a passport at the time people claim she went to Kenya (or Canada?) to birth little Barky.
The government claims the dog ate all her passport records from 1965 and before.
But it is worth noting that the passport issued in July 1965 was NOT issued in the name she was then using, Stanley Ann Soetoro.
We know this because a later amendment showed her amending her passport to insert her married name Stanley Ann Soetoro.
Therefore, one could reasonably conclude that this passport was a renewal and not a first passport, because otherwise, if it was her first passport, it should have been issued in the name she was then using after her second marriage, Stanley Ann Soetoro.

Doubt a passport was needed to enter Canada then.
That travel would have been a lot more logical as Stanley Ann had an Aunt who lived for a time in Canada. And live on the border of Canada at the time Obozo was said to have been born.
Right in the first sentence you jump head first into a dubious conjecture, Doctor.

But that is the point of my posting his most recent blog. He appears to believe that Obama’s (and Clinton's) State Dept. is acting like it is hiding something.

MSM writers have pointed to Dr. Conspiracy's “debunking” of claims that Obama’s pdf is forged (weak or dubious debunking at best, especially without access to the original, if there is one...) so I regard him to be on the front-line of Obama’s multi-layered defense.
I have to wonder whether even he has become tired of carrying Obama’s water.
Maybe he’s putting this out there hoping one of his followers will think up a plausible lie to explain away what the government has done with SAD’s passport records.
We know his history..they like to plant fabricated stories. This person is a fraud. If wikipedia is not allowed on FR why should his site, both are left wing sites.

OH Tee Hee, I read that over at Obotski Central and I was just ROTFLMAO!!! But things are “different” when a Obot is getting the run-around. They are not paranoid like us. Oh no. If there is any justice in the world, somebody at the State Dept. will tell him that they have seen the document and they assure him everything is just peachy!!! And that he just has to trust them. Oh, I hope that happens.
I prefer to keep my eye on what the “enemy” is doing.
In this case, Dr. Conspiracy is accusing Clinton's State Dept. of essentially engaging in illegal “misconduct” to prevent release of FOIA requested documents relating to Obama’s mom that could have a bearing on where he was born. This is radical behavior for a supposed Obot.
You have suggested that this request by Dr. Conspiracy is a ruse aimed at FReepers. Maybe. Maybe not.
Have you noticed that Obama has lied to and pissed off virtually every constituency that supported him in 2008?
I am open to the possibility that Dr. Conspiracy might be in one or even several of those constituencies.
I have been waiting for more of these pissed off former Obama supporters to become interested in exploring inconsistencies in Obama’s birth narrative and the documentation of that narrative. Maybe that time has come for Dr. Conspiracy.
Even if he has been banned from FR, the fact that he is cited in the MSM as a source of support for Obama's pdf, but now he is saying Obama's functionaries are looking like they are committing misconduct to protect him is worthy of interest for FReeprs. The letter Dr. Conspiracy received in response to his FOIA request _is_ evidence of misconduct IMO.
Three questions:
(1) Didn’t I read somewhere that on one of Obama Sr’s immigration forms, he stated that Stanley Ann was in the Philippines?
(2) Isn’t there a picture of a young Stanley Ann wearing a school uniform of a private school overseas, I believe Lebanon?
(3) Donofrio addressed the FOIA request of SA’s passport records, and came up with a request, correctly worded, that the Dept. would have a hard time avoiding. I would imagine Dr. Conspiracy has seen his post...
Amen to that brother! I've argued with him and his cohort for a couple of weeks. They are dishonest to the point that they even lie to themselves.
However, I find Dr. Conspiracy's suggesting something might be amiss with Ann's passport records very interesting indeed. I perceive him to be primarily a partisan and Obama's not doing so well among Democrats lately. (Stupid saps finally figured out the man is an idiot.) Dr. Conspiracy may be setting himself up for a "I knew there was something fishy all along" kinda of walk back.
In other words, it is another indication that Obama's allies might be turning on him. We can only hope.
People sowing seeds of suspicion regarding Obama is something the country needs, especially if it comes from the left.
Living in Newfoundland in 1959. Later living in Blaine Washington, but I have not seen any evidence which demonstrates she was living there in 1961. I HAVE seen a comment from someone who claims to know the family saying she absolutely was NOT living there in 1961. I consider the point to still be an open question. Any evidence pro or con would be welcome.
