If Gov. Palin were to read this thread, I can just see her sitting there chuckling over some of the posts.

I've often had the same thought, and I wouldn't put it past Sarah to drill deep into the internet to read what's on the minds of real voters.

She's probably stopped in at FR lots of times.

I appreciate the link. It was a very good interview. Sara seemed to be a little more explosive tonight. I can read between the lines...it seems as thought her thoughts just stay with you. Every time the PDS’ get started. I turn off my computer and watch The Undefeated one more time.

I know it may seem silly, but I get tired of all the negativity on FoxNews, CNN, MSBCrap. The Undefeated is about us really, you and I, who make up WE THE PEOPLE. We know that what we see is genuine and unique, not better than we are, just blessed with all the right tools.

EAGLES UP SARAH...Don't let anyone push you into their time table...this is your campaign to lead. We will follow when you are ready. GOD BLESS YOU SARAH...YOU HAVE OUR PRAYERS!

Here's another one with the dead giveaway...

..."I Stand With Sarah, but..."

That's all we need to know... says it all, Bub

OK, OK, how 'bout "I stand with Sarah, but when she starts running, it's kinda hard for a sedentary old guy like me to keep up." :)

Plus: Whatever it takes to retire this permanent political class, we’re going to do it” - Sarah Palin

I like that statement as long as it includes those from both of the Parties. Both are filled with permanent political class types. We need term limits and a permanent ban on politicians becoming lobbyists. Elect them, allow them to serve and then they should get out of our face and removed from the process known as crony capitalism.

Snip:
I hold my political cards close to my chest . I certainly learned lessons along those lines and I’m going to continue to do that until I am ready to make an announcement. This is a serious decision and I am engaged in serious deliberatians within the next 24 hours

Run, Sarah, Run!

Gov. Palin gave a speech awhile ago in CO. This is where I think she outlined her “Palin Doctrine” viz a viz the use of military force and such.

It was also in this speech she broke away from the Neo-cons.

If you didn’t watch the video...she specifically said both parties and stated that both are part of the permanent political class

Sarah Palin’s Doctrine:

A lesson here then for effective use of force, as opposed to sending our troops on missions that are ill-defined. And it can be argued that our involvement elsewhere, say, in Libya, is an example of a lack of clarity.

See, these are deadly serious questions that we must ask ourselves when we contemplate sending Americans into harm’s way. Our men and women in uniform deserve a clear understanding of U.S. positions on such a crucial decision.

I believe our criteria before we send our young men and women, America’s finest, into harm’s way, I believe that our criteria should be spelled out clearly when it comes to the use of our military force. I can tell you what I believe that criteria should be. I can tell you what it should be in five points:

First, we should only commit our forces when clear and vital American interests are at stake, period.

Second, if we have to fight, we fight to win. To do that we use overwhelming force. We only send our troops into war with the objective to defeat the enemy as quickly as possible. We do not send our military and stretch out the mission with an open-ended and ill-defined mission. Nation-building, a nice idea in theory, but it’s not the main purpose of our armed forces. We use our military to win wars.

And third, we must have clearly defined goals and objectives before sending our troops into harm’s way. If you can’t explain the mission to the American people clearly, concisely, then our sons and daughters should not be sent to battle. Period.

Fourth, American soldiers must never be put under foreign command. We will fight side by side by our allies, but American soldiers must remain under the care and command of the American officers.

And fifth, sending our armed forces should be the last resort. We don’t go looking for dragons to slay. However, we will encourage the forces of freedom around the world who are sincerely fighting for the empowerment of the individual.

When it makes sense, when it’s appropriate, we’ll provide them with support and help them win their own freedom. We’re not indifferent to the cause of human rights or the desire for freedom. We’re always on the side of both. But we can’t fight every war. We can’t undo every injustice around the world......

But with strength, and clarity in those five points, we’ll make for a safer, more prosperous, more peaceful world. Because as the U.S. leads by example, as we support freedom across the globe, we’re gonna prove that free and healthy countries, they dont’ wage war on other free and healthy countries.

The stronger we are, the stronger and more peaceful the world will be under our example.

Yawn. She is announcing November 13 from the Reagan library after a day of campaigning in republican enclaves in California.

Same day Reagan did it. Christies speech was an audition for VP. Don’t be surprised if Rubio takes a shot.

"This is a serious decision and I am engaged in serious deliberations within the next 24 hours."

Whoa......I didn't click the link to watch the interview. Thanks for sharing that quote with me.

I've been wanting Sarah to step in for a good while now, and have understood her strategic reasons for not doing so. Still, since Perry shot himself in the foot last week, I've been thinking that the battleground has shifted in favor of her entering now.

There's also the fever pitch of her supporters to be considered. I've never seen "Run Sarah Run" posted so often in the last year, as now. My perception is that America is commanding her to step up and lead.

This statement from her makes me think that she may be re-evaluating her timetable.

Its not about PDS. Its time to either put up or shut up.

I trust she knows exactly what she is doing. This is not a dumb woman.

I should add, that yesterday, I imagined her quieting all the noise in her personal space, and just making the decision to step forward.

Don’t know where that came from, but I could actually see her doing it.

Big Mike, did you transcribe that from a speech that Sarah made, or copy it from somewhere? Got a link?

That’s a very important statement from Sarah. Thanks.

Evening.

Do you happen to know if campaign donations given to a state campaign can be transferred to a federal campaign?
