I have always had problems with FoxNews videos (XP machine, various browsers).

I discovered that, if I run a browser in private or stealth mode, the videos do tend to load.

I use QTWeb as a small footprint, quick loading browser for videos. I also found that Chrome usually loads video better.

The newer versions of Firefox might work. With v5, general videos on various websites did seem to improve. Firefox is already up to v7 with v8 coming shortly.

Yesterday I had to dump v7 on my XP and return to v6. Firefox is still a memory hog, but v7 was released to improve memory. Duh! It made things worse. v5 and v6 both seem to handle Firefox more smoothly.
