Tonight we learned of the passing of Apple magnate Steve Jobs… a mega-entrepreneur and developer of a myriad of useful and fun products, concepts and gadgets. Some argue he ranks among such greats as Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell and Henry Ford in his contributions to the lives of us all. But we must also remind ourselves he was also a mega-billionaire, and as such (taking account my “progressive” President’s recent arguments) we must also ask did Steve Jobs pay his “fair share”, and maybe since he was a billionaire… we should just hate him?
One more wealthy target of the dems millionaire tax scheme has checked out...

Damn, how have I gotten along for decades without a SINGLE product from apple. Guess when all is said and done, they were not of much importance? Certainly not to me, other than the laughs at the cult following he created............

Just curious if the Dems demanded an apps from him so he can vote for Bam from the great beyond? Did they extract an earth exiting fair share fee from him as well?
The Corporate Giant of the universe exported Jobs over skies. Sure the pay is less but the benefits are out of this world.

He was a liberal but he was ‘our’ liberal. He wasn’t a community organizer or some union boss screaming outside the Wisconsin state capital. He created wealth for many shareholders, jobs (real jobs, not shovel ready or green jobs) and cool stuff.
As a unix guy that started off with 300 baud modems and tape drives.... And lived through the Jobs and Gates days.
I don't begrudge either of them their place in the history of humans and using microprocessors.
They both have a strong claim to fame. And deserved the millions/billions they EARNED by suppling a product to a willing customer.
They were human and often wrong.
But on the loss of one. It is polite to say nothing, if you can't find anything nice to say.
Steve Jobs did a good job with selling the first widely sold personal computer.
He's gone. Moment of silence for a pioneer in his field is appropriate.

His Pixar Studios made some good Conservative-themed movies, especially “The Incredibles.”
Rush will spend the whole day tomorrow slobbering about Jobs. I thought Shemp Smith was going to bawl tonight.
Yeah, sorry. Hate for an insignificant figure like Jobs to horn in on the attention of St. Sarah leaving the race. Politics is way more important than that guy was.

Maybe you haven’t purchased an Apple product, but many non-Apple products have been influenced by Steve Jobs’ genius. Have you bought music on line? Have you watched a Pixar movie? All the direct result of one man’s effort.
To call Apple users members of a “cult” is simplistic and silly. People use Apple products because they’re easy to use, and do what they’re supposed to do. To deny the impact SJ had on the way we live and work is an act of denial.
I’m a Republican. I celebrate producers. Steve Job was a producer.
He gave tons of money to liberals and they beat him up over the use of his property, yet, he kept on... I don't get it.
I have a Google Nexus S and I love it. It is on par if not surpassing the iPhone in any of its incarnations.
But I know damn well that any Google Android phone is a follower of Steve Jobs vision. My Google Nexus S phone would not exist if not for Steve Jobs.
And the only reason I passed on the iPhone4 for the Google Nexus S? Both are wonderful and the Goodle Nexus S is really fast, sleek, does everything the iPhone does and more, but more importantly as most of my friends are owners and lovers of iPhones, I wanted to know what ‘the other side’ was doing so I could see the competition unfold.
Steve Jobs will be sorely missed.

Perhaps it was not necessary for him to be gone. Dr Nicholas Gonzalaz, MD, treats patients with pancreatic cancer and other cancers successfully. He bases his work on a study he did of Dr William Kelley, DDS, who cured his own pancreatic cancer.

There are many alternative cancer treatments that do not rely on the typical surgical, chemo, radiation approaches to treatment. Many of the alternative cancer treatments are effective, successful. Mr Steve Jobs is just one of millions of failures of the cut, poison, burn approach to cancer treatment.
Mr Steve Jobs was a successful entrepreneur with a vision of the future, and he helped make the future happen. His legacy will continue to achieve in exciting ways.
