I think Trump was bought and paid for by the $300 million dollar new contract for his TV show that nobody watches anymore.

IMHO...

The more solid evidence the evidence that is collected is, the better. This will serve a great purpose possibly judicially, but even more importantly, politically.

It just would cause an ugly stir if used while Obama is in the WH.

Once the next President assumes office, if evidence surfaces that Obama was not eligible, and the evidence is simple and incontrovertible, it could go a long way in complete repeal of all legislation he signed.

A legal action which put forth evidence would mostly be beneficial simply by placing the evidence into public record.

The key point politically is to make the information public; that is what will influence a future Congress to act. If all Obama legislation has the appearance of having questionable legitimacy, it would be in the interest of the future Congress to wipe the slate clean and start over. Otherwise the legislation as it has been signed by Obama would have that stigma attached to it and never gain public acceptance after the evidence is published and the legislation is seen as illegitimate - even by a sizeable number of people who support it now. If Obama’s eligibility was simply untenable in the face of new evidence after he leaves office, all of Obama’s legislation would be seen as suspect in terms of it’s legality. This would impact court interpretations as well as a general public desire to ignore it.

Trying to uphold Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of our Constitution should never be seen as a waste of time, IMO of course.

The alleged "abstract of TXE record" LFBC is clearly a fake. Why doesn't that matter?

 

AND....this of course doesn't touch on the issue of his born with British citizenship (assuming Sr. is his legal father at birth). Do we really want to say it's not a big deal that people born with allegience owed to another country can be president and Commander in Chief of our military? Then Arny is eligible, and the natural born Citizen requirement means nothing anymore...without so much as a Constitutional Amendment or SCOTUS decision that overrides the Minor case.

Many folks do not know this: Barry Soetoro, aka Barak Obama, has an immigration file as an Indonesian refugee.

The existance of this file was discovered by an attorney during the courts martial of a U.S. Army officer. Homeland Security refused to releas the file for the trial’s discovery.

Wow. Virtually NONE of that is even remotely true. Did you make that up yourself, or did you just hear another Birther say it?

And Birthers wonder why skeptics don't trust their unsourced claims...

Then it's a bad idea to prove that with MORE false information. A Google search of "susan barnett"+"court martial"+"obama" produces all of seven results, none of which have anything to do with what you're saying.

Now if you drop "susan" from that search, there are lots of results mentioning a PAMELA Barnett. Is that who you're trying to refer to?
