Perry supported and signed the sonogram bill, which requires a pregnant woman seeking an abortion be provided with a sonogram of her baby before the abortion. That is currently tied up in court but that is not the fault of those who worked for the bill.
Since Roe v Wade was made law by judicial fiat, states are limited on what they can do about abortion, but within that limit some of us, like Texas, are mightily trying.

Saw this as soon as Perry announced all the Perry-bots jumped out of the woodwork here on free republic and basically called anyone who questioned their candidate an Idiot.

I want the best our country can elect and I'm imploring you, and all the other Cain supporters to objectively look at what Cain is saying.
To me, the pro-life issue is paramount and Cain has flip flopped so many times on this issue, as well as others, that I have no idea what kind of judges he would appoint.
An honest man does not continually give this many conflicting opinions on one issue.
You do not know where Cain stands on the issue of life, the Second Amendment, or any other issue. Cain is not to be trusted to be consistent. I cannot support him.
