You got that right. I emailed my US Rep on Friday about that among other things. He is distracted with finding “common ground” with the Dems. He needs a good slap to wake him up.

This is IMPEACHMENT material! Hundreds of US and Mexican citizens and federal agents are DEAD because of Obama and Holder.
They were trying to use this as an anti-gun measure, saying that US guns are making their way into Mexico so we must restrict US guns buying. This backfired as people found out about their scheme and people started dying.
The Republicans in Congress should make the following statement, and make clear that they regard it as non-controversial and self-evident: "Mr. Holder has a duty to know what goes on under him, and to cooperate with investigations of such matters. That's part of his job. Refusal to cooperate in such matters constitutes refusal to do his job, and Mr. Holder has offered no justification. As such, there is no lawful basis for him to remain on the government payroll, and President Obama has a duty to fire him. If Obama should refuse to do so, such refusal shall be construed as a refusal on the part of Obama to do his job."

Of course Obama thought this up, but Holder is complicit and arrogant to boot.
