The DUI thing was publicized on the Friday before the election. They seemed unprepared to counter it. It probably cost Bush millions of votes. When the press is in the side of the opposition, it is hard to counter anyway. Bill Clinton ought to have been dead after Gennifer Flowers said her piece. He stayed alive because the press was looking for a way to minimize the matter.
Well, this “publicity” has had Herman Cain on the TV all day, and according to the campaign, the money is pouring in greater than ever today! So I think the people have had it with both Karl Rove and Obama’s Media! He had a great speech before the National Press Corp meeting today, where they actually gave him a standing ovation at the end of it. And I just heard that Herman Cain is still leading Romney today as well. So maybe this won’t do the intended damage to a good man.
Darn! I don’t Tweet. They are surely trying to give Perryderriaire a boost on O’Reilly tonight!
