When Sharon Bialek said that he was with Herman Cain at the Chicago TEA Party event with Herman Cain I reached out to one of the key voices and leaders of the Chicago TEA Party C. Steven Tucker and he says “I did not recognize her Chuck and I was there all weekend.”
I have been reaching out to my other friends in the Chicago TEA Party and so far no one recognizes her. Gloria Allred portrayed Bialek as a TEA Party Republican. Having seen her picture Bialek is not someone who goes unnoticed easily.
Tucker comments further:
I have spoken at Tea Party events ALL OVER Chicagoland including TeaCon Midwest 2011 where Gloria Allred says her client “confronted” Herman Cain. I have never seen nor have I ever even heard of a Sharon Bialek.

Good point - if he grabs the junk, that is asault. Any women I know who would tell me such a story, I would advise reporting it to police. No police record of this assault? OK, why not?
Sexual Harassment can be interpreted any number of ways, but if a dude is grabbing junk, then it’s a whole different category: it’s crime, not harassment. I believed that when Clinton was obviously doing it on a regular basis, and I believe it now, when a good man is being falsely accused.
Also: why would she have needed to read the experience so closely from the cards? Normally I would expect less smiling, and a more direct telling of the story. Looks like stagecraft to me, like other Allred shows.
Being on a date and trying to cop a feel is not assault. If she says “no” and a second attempt is made the line has been crossed.
You want Cain to call a news conference every time Gloria Allred shows up with a bimbo eruptions? Don’t we have much more important issues facing the country?
This is nothing more than Hi-tech lynching of a black conservative. Nothing more than she said he said. There are no witnesses, no effort to sue, waiting 15 years before going public? Any greedy nut job can get Gloria Allred to parade before eager MSM camera’s. Will Sharon Bialek be writing a book any time soon? Payoff from Enquirer?
And how do we know she did not encourage him? After all she needed a favor from him. He did not seek her out, she did. And why did she not stop him as soon as he allegedly put his hand on her leg? If she is such a virtuous lady, she should have made a big fuss and created a scene right there. Why wait 15 years after Cain has risen to national prominence.
I smell Chicago politics, where I spent 35 years, including help distribute election flyers.
I do not believe it is damaging him. It is so obviously lame. People are not as stupid as the Alreds of this world want to believe. Hasn’t hurt my support at all...in fact, we’ll send him even more money.
Everyone just needs to remain calm and solidify their support for Cain.
These are she-said-he-said allegations with no real proof, coming at a time when The Left and opponents like Mitt Romney and Rick Perry are trying their best to destroy Cain.
Bill Clinton did much worse things — which were for real — and he survived (although he had the media on his side, which makes a difference.)

Not to pick nits, but if you’re looking for a conspiracy, this would be a misdemeanor sexual battery at best, not quite so over the top as a felonious assault/attempt rape. Just sayin’ is all.

I say hit back and hit back hard if you are innocent. This BS is going to keep dogging Cain if there isn’t a swift end put to it. A lot of people don’t know much about Cain as it is except for 999. Why add this to their impression of him?
He has never been vetted before so we really have nothing to gauge this off of. Cain needs to go beyond the norm and put a stop to it and tell the media to buzz off unless they have evidence of wrong doing. I tend to side with Cain in this but other potential voters are just going to tune this guy out and vote Mittens for safety.
The TeaCon event just happened about a month ago, when Cain was already jumping ahead of the pack. There must have been heavy camera coverage there, which might show whether she actually confronted him. If memory serves she might have worked for radio stations in the past and maybe appeared at the event with some kind of press credentials. Hmmmmm....
IMHO if Cain goes down we’ve got 4 more years of the Fresh Prince of Bill Ayers , and the country won’t survive.
Bingo. That’s why I donated again today to cain’s Iowa fund. We are never going to have another chance to avoid Obama until 2016, people.

Bialek probably attended a Tea Party event recently to make her look like a “real” conservative without political motives to accuse Cain.
If she attended, I’m sure Allred sent someone to loiter nearby and take photo/video while Bialek approached Cain, to be used on TV showing his so-called “awkward reaction” to “seeing her again.”
Communists don’t take a poop without a plan. Sadly for them, the plan is often stupid and easily defeated (b/c they’re morons), but they do always plan.
I can agree on ONE press conference, in which Cain declares he has not sexually harassed any one and unless there is scintilla of evidence (borrowing a phrase from Lanny Davis) I will not respond to any questions based on innuendo.
I think I read where at one time she sold ads maybe for the media but not positive.

And if she did, and her claims are true, there is no way she would confront the person that did it. People that have been assaulted do not do this ever. They can barely testify in court.....
I know firsthand from close friends that have had real assault happen.
