Wait a minute isn’t tomorrow suppose to be to EBS TEST or was that today? Imagine tho...no cell phones no cash registers/bank machines working...
Didn’t blackberries all go out last month? Anyone know why?
Where is the link to this information from NOAA directly?
Here’s all I found:

Thanks for the link, but that is where I went and was unable to find the forecast mentioned in the original post.
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Bite your tongue.
Spaceweather.com forecasts a 10% chance of a Class X flare in the next 48 hours.
Telegraph wires back then had lengths of tens of miles, with loads of a fraction of a watt (the clicker). I doubt that a solar flare would register on today's power lines. Satellites might be another story, but I assume they harden them against flares.
I’m thinking that that site would be good more for keeping an eye on things to see what develops.
There was a small 10 minute aurora here in NY a couple weeks ago when an event that was supposed to miss the earth actually hit it instead. It allowed an aurora to show for about 10 minutes.
But it was not forecast either; I just happened to be in the right place in the right time to see it.
Well, Jane, it just goes to show you, it's always something!
If it's not one thing, it's another!
It’s November. In Wisconsin, that means no refrigeration needed until about April! :-)
It could also mean Obama and fellow criminals will all be in charge as riots happen.obama will have to use the newly tested EBS to suspend all elections.
When is the near miss asteroid that can only be seen on the east coast US with a huge lens?

It is lathe and plaster in the inside, except the lathe is not wood strips, it is this thick metal screen
I have a very hard time getting cell phone signals inside the house
March 13, 1989 Geomagnetic Storm
Seven months later I was in San Francisco for the Loma Prieta earthquake.
It was an interesting year for me.
Speaking of ‘outages’....
