Yes, yes, I’m familiar with the two experiments showing neutrinos possibly traveling faster than light. Those are different particles, and tachyons remain purely hypothetical particles which could only exist in some physical models.

Regardless of your theory that, apparently, everyone in Italy is corrupt except Andrea Rossi, the facts are clear. Rossi has a long history of being involved in money laundering and tax fraud, in a variety of scams.
If you want to spend the time to put together any actual evidence that Rossi was a victim of a decade-long series of persecutions by the Italian government, I'll be happy to review it.
But simply waving your arms around, saying that everyone except Rossi is wrong and crooked, only makes you look foolish.

We've gone over the ENRON scam earlier ~ which was actually about selling bad debt to investors trying to park money in the Bahamas. The stock collapse didn't happen until much later by which time there were insufficient assets to continue the deal.

Here's the secret ~ if you link a piece too far in your scam you can usually find out if you are dealing with a scam, or possibly misidentification.

Rossi owned Petrol Dragon. He admits that himself. He was convicted. He admits that. The only discrepancy is that Rossi claims to be an innocent victim. Of course, almost every convicted criminal claims to be an innocent victim.
I've provided numerous newspaper articles showing that Rossi was engaged in financial fraud, and that his claims of converting waste into old were lies.
In every one of those newspaper articles, it is clear that the "Andrea Rossi" that committed fraud while faking the shipment of gold, and the "Andrea Rossi" that committed financial fraud while gutting a business prior letting it fall into bankruptcy is the same "Andrea Rossi" that owned Petrol Dragon.
By the way, there are at least three other "Andrea Rossi's" in the news during that time. One was a soccer player, one was an actor, and one was a murder suspect. I excluded any stories about those other "Andrea Rossi's".

It's not only EASY to make mistakes when dealing with this name, it's exceedingly probable.
You really need to always make sure you are dealing with the right Rossi AND, when it comes to Leonardo Technologies, which has been involved in FUEL CELL TECHNOLOGY and apparently CO2 sequestration, you gotta' watch out which one you are dealing with ~ I think you guys have been working with more than one company here, or George Bush and Obama are definitely involved!
