I like leftovers..my favorite sandwich, on a big roll, is warm sliced turkey, topped with stuffing, gravy, and a little cranberry sauce..just squish it all together..YUM..
But something different? To disguise some of it?
Turkey hash, with a few jalpenos diced in..'tis awesome..

For breakfast we made french toast and used left-over cranberry sauce on it. (my wife’s home-made cranberry sauce which is made from Port, Oranges, and Balsamic Vinegar.

Not sure what you can do with 3 bottles of Shiner Bock.
Maybe use one to boil some brats in.

Not a leftover but something I thought was a cool appetizer for thanksgiving this year.

Yeah... everything in the fridge piled on a plate and topped with slice of pumpkin pie. I still haven’t learned moderation.. at least during Thanksgiving. Might take a few more years.

I make a casserole at the end of the holiday by cooking all the leftovers and cooked with the gravy in a pan. Then put in a cooking dish and cover with Bisquick mixed like pancake batter then pour over the top.
Cook at 400 for about an hour and is delicious.

SPRING ROLLS For an Asian flair:
Put cooked chopped turkey, veggies, stuffing in moistened rice paper wrappers....then wrap like egg rolls. No cooking required.
Dip the Rolls in Asian Cranberry Sauce: cranberry sauce thinned with hot sauce, maple syrup.....add a bit of sesame oil, some chp gingerroot, maybe a dash of soy sauce.
Another easy but delicious dip (my fave for Mexican dishes)......add raspberry powder or sauce to a ramekin of Tabasco.
